This card gains the following effects due to the way it was summoned.

Special Summon: Twice per turn : Negate the activation of 1 Spell/Trap card and Destroy it.
Flip Summon: This card gains 500 ATK.

The Special Summon effect is waaaaaaaay too good for the card.  It's literally a Shi En, TWICE per turn, instead of just ONCE.  So basically your opponent can't activate S/Ts, just for bringing out this card off of a +, which is absolutely insane.

The Normal Summon and Flip Summon effects are mediocre.  Just change the Special Summon one to something different, please.

Let's not be too hasty to judge there, Commander Sexy.

While the Special Summoning effect is a more powerful version of Shi En's and it would therefore almost certainly be banned in any format, keep in mind that this is a:

Level 7

WIND

Warrior

Not the easiest thing in the world to Special Summon. In fact, the only ways of Special Summoning it that I can think of are Tribute Doll and Storming Wynn.

The way I see it, this just gives crazy support to the WIND archetype, but that's about it.

Now looking at the card as a whole:

Not being destroyed by battle once per turn is nice and all, but with only 2000 ATK it's not really worth it. At all. Especially since you're gonna have to tribute 2 monsters to Normal Summon this since it's Level 7.

Negating 2 Spell/Trap Cards per turn is a no-no. Maybe if it was just traps. But you start to see patterns of what cards get banned in this game. One thing that always gets hit is the ability for a single card to negate spells more than once. Imperial Order is Banned. Shi En is at 1. You get the idea. And the fact this can negate a Spell or Trap TWICE per turn is too much.

Flip Summoning. The type of Summoning nobody ever does anymore because Swarm Decks are all about Special Summoning and you can't Special Summon face-down. Remember that a flip summon isn't the same as being flipped face-up. So if this guy gets attacked, even if he survives the battle, which I doubt he will, 1900 DEF is nowhere near enough for a level 7, not only will he not get the 500 ATK boost, he won't get any effect at all and you have an almost useless Level 7 monster with 2000 ATK on the field.

Little extra thing I noticed, why is it a warrior if he's a sorcerer? Don't really understand.

My advice to you: Tone down the Special Summon effect. A lot. In fact, just completely rethink it to something that's less powerful. And make it level 6. Those other 2 effects and ATK/DEF aren't good enough for a level 7, especially given the 2 tribute thing like I said.

So overall, I give this:

6/10

It loses 1 point for each effect, 2 are way too weak, 1 is way too powerful. It loses 1/2 a point for it's level and 1/2 a point for it's name not really matching it's Artwork or it's type.

Effect Fix & Balancing.

Azaran, the Wind Sorcerer:

This card gains the following effects due to how it was Summoned: If this card was Normal Summoned, once per turn this card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card was Special Summoned, once per turn negate the activation of 1 Spell or Trap card and destroy it. If this card was Flip Summoned, this card gains 500 ATK and DEF.
