This archetype is based upon the fact that I don't see a lot of prevalence in the use of Tokens. So this archetype summons and discards Tokens to do a variety of things.

 

Additionally, I will be posting several recent archetype creations of mine today, all of which have a "Grand Deity:" monster as their sort-of premier card. This stems from an idea from a fanfic/maybe RP I recently had.

When this card is Normal Summoned, Summon up to 2 "Abyss Token(s)" (Aqua/Dark/1/400/100) to either side of the field. "Abyss Token" cannot be used for a Synchro or XYZ Summon. At any time, you can Tribute 1 "Abyss Token" to increase this card's ATK by 500 points until the start of your next turn.[/spoiler]

When an "Aqua Arcana" monster would be destroyed, you may Tribute 1 "Abyss Token" instead. When this card is destroyed, Tribute any number of "Abyss Token(s)" on the field. Inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent for each "Abyss Token" Tributed due to this card's effect.[/spoiler]

This card may also be XYZ Summoned by using an "Aqua Arcana" XYZ monster you control as the XYZ Material (XYZ Materials attached to that card also become XYZ Materials on this card); you must also Tribute 2 or more "Abyss Token(s)". Then, for every "Abyss Token" Tributed, this card gains 400 ATK. When this card would be destroyed, you may Tribute 1 "Abyss Token" instead. Once per turn, you may detach 1 XYZ Material from this card to Special Summon 1 "Aqua Arcana" monster from your Graveyard.[/spoiler]

Umm not to be a hater but this Deck is incredibly overpowered. Most of the spell/trap and lower level monster cards would be limited or semilimited if not banned because of the ability to completely shut down your opponent's field and prevent them from summoning any monsters whatsoever until you can get the awesome grand deity out. Furthermore, they can be a source of infinite damage because you don't specify battle position and they only have 400 ATK.

 

Pavlich is the most broken card of all- it can just keep changing its Battle Position to summon more tokens and then attack for 700 each turn.

 

Great idea, but in need of major nerfing.
