It's pretty generic, so it's gonna be a short review this one. It's decent. It's a nice little pop, though I doubt that it will be too useful most of the time, since most monsters don't stay on the field for very often, and if they do, they are most likely higher Level monsters. There are of course expections, but still. The ATK boost is nice, though it only last until your End Phase is kind of meh. Would change it to the opponent's End Phase. I could see this being an okay card, mostly because of it's high ATK and it's destroy, but it should maybe have a bit more of a boost.

The card is a solid generic option. Can climb big beaters/walls with the boost (which should remain to your End Phase) or destroy annoying little walls (Marshmallon)/just get some gaurenteed advantage prior to BP. I wouldn't change a thing, aside from wording and maybe reduce ATK by 100.

Your wording is off, the semi-colon should be at the end of "effects" and it should say "to activate" instead, also the last part should say "on the field" as his effect does.

Ouroboros has an effect that targets, meaning that a wording like the one above does not work, as that would cause the effect to target. In this case, it doesn't target or have a cost in the effect, so therefor there's a semi-colon. I can find some examples of that if you wish.
