As such, it was random in what it did. While the main focus of the Deck was to have invincible, but weak monsters generating Fog Counters, it was rather scizophrenic in what it did. It couldn't decide if it was Swarm, Control, Draw, Beatdown, ect. As a result, the Deck concept suffered. While it did have some notability with Fishborg Tuning shenanigans, the banning of Fishborg snuffed out the notability, leading it back to obscurity. However, with the advent of Lemuria and Fairy Cheer Girl, Cloudians have now taken on a swarming style of toolboxing with Turbulence and Storm Dragon. This allows the Deck to access various different Xyz Monsters and allows you to do something more with Smoke Balls. In addition, because the important Cloudians are all WATER and Fairy-type monsters, the deck has alot of ridiculous support with Archlord Kristya, Herald of the Orange Light, Salvage and Spiritual Water Art.
