Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted November 7, 2013 Report Share Posted November 7, 2013 The effect is relatively simple, but essentially functions as Reinforcement of the Army (or any other cards that search stuff from Deck to hand). Stats are okay for a Level 3 monster, although it's a Flip effect so you'll either have to get this card destroyed by battle to pull effect off or manually do it yourself (via Summon or another card effect).
