The effect is very simple, but i do like simple effects
And a couple of years ago this card would have actually been quite nice.

Good: Simple, quite okay effect
Level 4
Fiend! ( I kinda like this type)

Bad: The Picture you chose sure fits the name and theme...but well. I guess you figured out yourself whats wrong with this pic
The use - I dont see myself using a card like this even if i play a Fiend Deck and try to use as many different Level 4 Fiends as possible.
And since it effect only works when it's attacked this is to weak for nowadays .

1. I would change (at least edit and get rid of that signature on the bottom) the picture
2. Make it's effect work when it attacks, too. So you'll have a quite useful Level 4 monster wich beats your opponent's monsters with less than 2200 ATK/DEF

As said above, it's a bit weak for the standards.

I'd suggest "when it battles a monster" to cover for both when it is attacked and when it attacks.

Also 800 instead of 500. That way it is a solid standalone card that can pair with the usual 2500 beater standard we see.
