You have multiple cards in this thread, so should be moved over to the Multiple section. (Ask Zextra or another mod to move it for you). In addition, post the lore to your cards underneath so if we have to do OCG fixes, we'll be able to do so more easily.

That aside, I see that this archetype favors the banished zone a bit (seen in Eel, Meta/Motor-nator). But some general CnC:

- Eel's effect is OPed, given you can simply spam Battletank or Cruiser (or any of the non Extra Deck monsters) w/out cost/restriction. Aside from the Tuners, all of them are Level 4, including itself, so you could hypothetically Xyz Summon a Rank 4 monster quickly.

- Battletank's first effect could be useful for sending monsters to Graveyard to fuel Chimeratech or something, but that's about it.

- Considering the nature of this series, Rider's ATK gain effect is OP for a Level 5 (its stats are okay for a normal Level 5). Lower it to 100-200 per card or raise this card's Level to 8.

- Metanator's summon requirements, combined with the Levels of the cards you've shown, make it impossible to summon. You only have 2 Tuners, both same Level; Eagle Eye is Level 2 but goes to 3 if another monster exists, meaning you need 3 Levels within 2 monsters to summon it. The damage effect is alright, but not worth sending 2 monsters to deal only 500 (if it were 1000 or something, maybe)

- Crawler's effect: Need to add some form of cost/restriction if you want to keep the effect.

- Field Spell's summoning of an Extra Deck monster is OPed. While yes, the monster will go back to the Extra Deck at the end of the turn; that's still a monster that can deal 2500 damage (and/or be used as Xyz Material afterwards). The ATK boost is also OPed, since the Level 4 monsters essentially hit 2300-2800 ATK with it in play. I suppose that the mass destruction of all Terminator monsters when this card dies balances this card to some degree, but not a lot.

- Man-crawler is underwhelming for a 2500/2500 monster that requires 3 materials and no effect to back it up.

- Battlecruiser needs a cost on its effect

I won't make any specific comments on the other cards, though I will note that you need to fix these cards a bit, both in balancing their effects and fixing OCG.

Though, it's a decent attempt at your first cards here.
