Note: Due to game limitations, in brawl summoner ike could only summon deoxys and samurai goroh. I decided to use some creative license and add a few more summons for the card version however.

You can pay 800 life points or discard 1 card; special summon 1 level 6 or lower "Ike's Summon" monster from your extra deck and if you do, this card cannot attack for the rest of this turn and that monster cannot be used for synchro or xyz summons this turn. This effect can be used only once while this card is face-up on the field. During the End Phase: if this card or a monster summoned by this card's effect has destroyed an opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect) you can send this card to the graveyard; special summon 1 "Summoner Ike LV6" from your hand, deck, or graveyard.

Once per turn: you can pay 800 life points or discard 1 card; special summon 1 level 6 or lower "Ike's Summon" monster from your extra deck, that monster cannot be used for synchro or xyz summons this turn. During the End Phase: if this card and/or a monsters summoned by this card's effect (combined) have destroyed 2 or more opponent's cards (either by battle or by card effects) you can send this card to the graveyard; special summon 1 "Summoner Ike LV8" from your hand, deck, or graveyard.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by "Summoner Ike LV6", and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn: you can special summon 1 "Ike's Summon" monster from your extra deck, but it cannot be used for synchro or xyz summons this turn. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by an opponent's card, you can discard 1 spell card to prevent this card from being destroyed and destroy that opponent's card. Also if this card would have been destroyed by battle you take no battle damage from that battle.

Rulings notes:

- Even if the opponent's card that would destroy summoner ike LV8 cannot be destroyed by summoner ike LV8's effect, you can still discard a spell card to negate summoner ike's destruction and any battle damage if applicable.

Must be special summoned with the effect of a "Summoner Ike" monster and cannot be special summoned by other ways. After damage calculation, when this card battles an opponent's monster: until the turn player's next Standby Phase. that monster cannot attack, cannot activate its effects, and its ATK and DEF are halved.

Must be special summoned with the effect of a "Summoner Ike" monster and cannot be special summoned by other ways. When this card is summoned, your opponent cannot activate card and effects. During your Main Phase, you can tribute this card; until your next Standby Phase, cards your opponent currently controls and their effects cannot be activated while they are on the field. Also monsters your opponent currently controls lose 500 ATK and DEF until your next Standby Phase. (This is a quick effect) Your opponent cannot activate cards and effects in response to this effect.

[spoiler='rulings & design notes for shadow']

- Shadow the hedgehog's effect applies to every card your opponent currently controls, even set cards. Thus your opponent cannot activate set spell/trap cards that they controlled when the effect resolved until it wears off.

- If a set monster that your opponent controlled when shadow's effect resolved is attacked or otherwise flipped face-up in the same turn. It loses 500 ATK and DEF once its face-up and its effects on the field cannot be activated until shadow's effect wears off. (eg Ryko becomes 0/0 and can't activate its flip effect if its flipped face-up that turn).

- A card will stil be affected by shadow's effect even if you take control of it later, assuming that your opponent controlled it when shadow's effect resolved. The effect will still stop during your next Standby Phase regardless of the card's current controller

- The text "When this card is summoned: your opponent cannot activate card and effects." ensures that your opponent cannot chain any cards or effects (eg compulsory evacuation device) to shadow's summon, thus you get to activate his effect right away if you choose to wihout interruption [despite konami's annoying changes to igintion effect rules].

-  The text "Your opponent cannot activate cards and effects in response to this effect" was meant to be an extra defense against chainable spell/trap cards, since in this format 99% of commonly used quick-play spell and trap cards are chainable. Thus shadow disables them for a bit without fail instead of being useless against them.

Must be special summoned with the effect of a "Summoner Ike" monster and cannot be special summoned by other ways.

Must be special summoned with the effect of a "Summoner Ike" monster and cannot be special summoned by other ways. During either player's turn, when a Spell/Trap Card that targets this card is activated: Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. If this card attacks an opponent's monster, it gains 400 ATK during the Damage Step only. Once per turn during your Standby Phase, pay 800 life points or shuffle this card into the extra deck.

Must be special summoned with the effect of a "Summoner Ike" monster and cannot be special summoned by other ways. You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; destroy that target and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's ATK on the field. This effect can be used only once while this card is face-up on the field. This card cannot attack your opponent directly during the turn you activate this effect. Once per turn this card cannot be destroyed.

Must be special summoned with the effect of a "Summoner Ike" monster and cannot be special summoned by other ways. Once per turn: you can target 1 spell/trap card your opponent controls; destroy it. Your opponent cannot target this card with card effects. During your Battle Phase, if your opponent controls a monster after this card's first attack, this card can make a second attack.

I will answer any ruling questions so feel free to ask
