Dragon" A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted with the above Fusion Material Monsters. This card's Attribute is also treated as LIGHT. Once per turn: you can Banish 1 LIGHT or DARK Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard to activate one of the following effects; -Destroy all monsters your opponent controls. -Inflict 2400 points of damage to your opponents Life points. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. You can only use 1 "Ultimate Chaos Dragon" effect per turn, and only once that turn. I made this card with the intention of it being as balanced but as true to the original Dragons as possible. Fans of the original cards may remember "Burst Stream of Destruction" and "Inferno Fire Blast" which share the exact same effect as Ultimate Chaos Dragon. This is my first post so I hope that I've accomplished my goal of creating a fun, balanced and interesting card. snowtiger Posted November 18, 2013 Author Report Share Posted November 18, 2013 I did originally have it's stats at 4000/3500 with the restriction "This card cannot attack the turn you use this effect" but I felt that with a powerful effect, high stats and a weak restriction that it could be too OP. goddamnit names are a pain Posted November 18, 2013 Report Share Posted November 18, 2013 Seems legit to me, I just wonder if Dragon Rulers will bother playing this card. I would make it to where it can only be "Summoned using the monsters listed above as materials" or whatever. My OCG needs work, but you know what I mean. I would banish more than one Dragon to use the effect. How about, upon summoning, he gets the effect, or you have to banish all dragons (min. 1) in your graveyard? Something to prevent him from spamming 2400 over and over. De-Fusion, etc. would cause OTKs. That last effect is still needed. And maybe even the whole "you can only use the effect of "Ultimate Chaos Dragon" once per turn." Hope some of this helps. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Also I didn't think of De-Fusion so I'll add in the same effect restriction clause as the Dragon Rulers. Speaking of Dragon Rulers, perhaps add in "Banish 1 Light or Dark Dragon-Type" that way it keeps with the Chaos theme, hopefully not making Chaos Dragons the perfect Net Deck again lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
