When a WATER monster (does what?): Put a counter on this card (max. 5). You can remove any amount of counters for this card, and if you do, apply the appropriate effect. 1: Destroy 1 card 2: Banish 1 card. 3: Add 1 WATER monster (from where?) as a Xyz Material. 4: This card can attack twice during each Battle Phase. 5: Destroy all cards on the field. As mentioned in the OCG fix, you need to specify (1) What needs to happen to a WATER monster in order to get counters on this card and (2) For its 3-counter removal effect, WHERE are you attaching the monster from. Mentioning the general effects, the Xyz Materials don't serve much of a purpose aside from detaching every turn. First two effects seem relatively decent for the costs needed, but until you make the above two points clear, there isn't much that we can say about this being abusable or not.
