Lord Yakumo
Just a little something i whipped up bored when i had some spare time, his effect may seem odd, but as long as you remember what the content of your deck is you can easily calculate the Atk and Def of this card. With his ability to draw cards from the graveyard back into the deck it makes him easily able to increase his strength or defense as the situation calls for it. Add that to the fact you require a specific level 4, level 5 and level 6 monster in order to summon this it makes him a fairly realistic creature with high summoning requirements, powerful effects, but still manageable to deal with should you find yourself up against him. For example say your playing a standard 40 card deck, and you have 25 monsters and 15 spells and traps built into it. In this senario you have 8 monster cards and 12 spell and trap cards in your graveyard. You have a single spell card and 3 monster cards in your hand. The only card on the field is this monster. This means between the 3 monsters equip to this card, you have 11 monsters in your deck still and 2 spell cards. This makes Tskune, the Blue Mirage have 1650 ATK/ 300 DEF. Using his ability you can then remove Aono Tskune, False Human who is level 4 to return a card to your deck from your grave for each level of the removed monster. In this case four spell and trap cards which raise his stats to 1650ATK/900DEF

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Like I've told a few new members in the past, this card doesn't follow Xyz mechanics. If you are to make an Xyz, it must have (number) Level (whatever Rank) monsters listed. In this case, 3 Level 10 monsters. Given how you've listed the materials, it's better suited as a Fusion Monster (Xyz generally aren't restrictive, unless they list a specific Type, Attribute or Archetype; but never list specific monsters). Use this link and study up on Xyz Monsters Anyway, since you're using three cards that are Pop Culture-like (from the Rosario+Vampire series), you need to link them; otherwise we can't gauge on whether or not this card's Summoning is OP or not (and whether or not they combo with this card to do anything). For that matter, this should be over there (ask Zextra to move it for you). An OCG fix (next time, post the lore underneath the card so members can fix it much easier) This card gains 150 ATK for every Monster Card in your Deck. This card gains 150 DEF for every Spell/Trap Card in your Deck. Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Target a number of cards in your Graveyard equal to the detached monster's Level; return them to the Deck. With that said, its ATK/DEF gain is a bit odd (amount-wise anyway) and even so, for a Rank 10 monster, its effect is underwhelming (just returning cards to power it up). The situation you mentioned is, at best, very situational if not impractical. Also keep in mind that since it has no immunity to destruction/targeting effects, Mirror Force and other cards will end it quickly. (Given the information you mentioned about one of this card's required Xyz Materials, it's Level 4 in contrast to this card requiring Level 10s. Unless Tsukune has an effect that can alter his Level to meet the requirements, there is no way this card can be summoned.)
Lord Yakumo
ah much appreciated. I was half asleep when i made this card and it was basically a card making plot bunny on a rampage to be perfectly honest. I can see why you are telling me what you did. I will follow that link and study up on it. Thanks for your time and advice.
newhat
Making it with 20 monsters still in your Deck leaves it at 3000 ATK, which is underwhelming for a 3-part monster. His other effect is also not very good unless the monsters in question form some kind of Deck loop. Inferno I do not think you can have a mechanic based off the number of monsters in your Deck because you'd have to keep re-counting it and shuffling your Deck.
