I Hate Snatch Steal
Inspiration:http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Triangle_Gimmick_Box If this card is Normal Summoned: you can add 1 "Chaos-Order" card from your Deck to your hand, except "Chaos-Order Dimensional Wanderer". During the End Phase, if this card was banished to activate the effect of a "Chaos-Order" card or to activate a "Chaos-Order" card this turn and is still banished: shuffle this card into the deck and if you do, draw 1 card. If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon/Set this card without Tributing. If this card is summoned: you can discard 1 card, then banish 1 "Chaos-Order" card and 1 spell/trap card from your graveyard; special summon 1 rank 5 or higher xyz monster from your extra deck and attach 1 card from your graveyard to it as an xyz material. That monster's effects are negated and it cannot attack your opponent directly. If you control no monsters, you can special summon this card (from your hand) by shuffling 2 xyz monsters from your graveyard into the deck. Once per turn: you can discard 1 card, then banish 1 "Chaos-Order" card and 1 spell/trap card from your graveyard; special summon 1 rank 5 or higher xyz monster from your extra deck and attach 1 card from your graveyard to it as xyz material. That monster's effects are negated and it cannot attack your opponent directly. If you summon this way: you can add 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" card from your deck or graveyard to your hand. Discard 1 card, then banish 1 "Chaos-Order" card and 1 spell/trap card from your graveyard; special summon 1 rank 5 or higher xyz monster from your extra deck and attach this card to it as xyz material. Overfrost!
Card Review: Dimensional Wanderer Since it still lacks numbers, I don't really know how to review this card searching ability, currently the most good thing to search is its spell card (no easy special summonable monsters yet). Its last ability is fine, the drawing part is not that really OP, considering how many resources must be lost to even special summon 1 Chaos Xyz monster (currently). When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Chaos-Order" card from your Deck to your hand, except "Chaos-Order Dimensional Wanderer". During the End Phase, if this card is banished, and was banished this turn to activate a "Chaos-Order" card's effect: Shuffle this card into the deck, then draw 1 card. Changed its first effect to a trigger effect (instead of condition, or unclear trigger effect); cleared the wording for its second effect's condition, and changed 'and if you do' to 'then' (since shuffling and drawing isn't possible to be done at once). Blue Flame Sorcerer (Sorceress is for females AFAIK) Its Tribute-less condition should be used only for its normal summon, not set too (why do you want to set him anyway >_>). Second ability, too overcosted for a Rank 5 beater-only Xyz monster. Consider this change: If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon/Set this card without Tributing. When this card is Summoned: You can discard any number of "Chaos-Order" cards from your hand; draw the same number of cards you discarded. When you do: discard 1 card, then Banish 1 "Chaos-Order" card and 1 Spell/Trap Card from your Graveyard to target 1 "Chaos-Order" card or Spell Card from your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 Rank 5 or higher Xyz monster from your Extra Deck, and attach the target to it as an Xyz Material. Its effects are negated, and it cannot attack your opponent directly. Also shuffle it into the extra deck during your second End Phase after its summon. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this card's effects. This is just a suggestion, keep the effects that you want to keep, this is your card. Divided its summoning ability to 2 parts (making-up to its hard summoning condition); 1: Graveyard-filling, 2: Summoning. Both are trigger effects, and only the first is optional (you do both, or not at all, though you can do only the first if you have only 1 card in your Graveyard -you discarded only 1 card when you have nothing in your grave-). And the summoned monster can't do anything, except blocking your opponent's attacks. Furthermore, added the condition to prevent you from RUMing the monster + attacking with it this turn. Rites Mistress Basically the totally worst card of the set (currently), need 2 tributes for the same effect as Sorcerer (1 less cost + a costly, tiny, small searching effect). Consider the above suggestion, with something to remove its extremely hard summoning and something to differentiate this one with Sorcerer. Artifact Consider the suggestion to Sorcerer, and add something different to it (please). Overall Please rework the monsters' Level, ATK, and DEF (I see only 1500, 2000, 2500 for their ATK and DEF). And add more cards (obviously). Sorry if I'm being rude, this is my first review btw. :D

For a first review, you're doing way better then some people do, as most people's first reviews are only 1 sentence long. This review sounds like it came from an elite member. Let me think it over and playtest a bit (this is not a dismisal of your advice, I just want the actual playtesting data before I go too far, that's always how I design stuff. If something need to change, your reviews might very well be what I use to make changes). Also, it was hard for me to call weather I should interperate the art for blue flame sorceress as male or female, but I think I'll keep it as is.
