Dragon World ( Unfinished )

I'll do a quick OCG fix, then get on with giving CnC on a few of them. (You really need to brush up on how to write OCG; look at the sticky thread in RC if you need help)

Flight of the Dragons

Activate by paying 1000 Life Points. Until the End Phase of your opponent's next turn, negate the effects of your opponent's Spell/Trap Cards that target a Dragon-Type monster(s) you control, and if you do, destroy them.

Dragon World

Cannot be destroyed by Spell/Trap Cards or by monster effects. Monsters are banished instead of going to the Graveyard. During each of your Main Phases, you must pay 1000 Life Points or discard a card and banish a card in your Deck or Graveyard (this is not optional), or this card is destroyed.

Dimensional Fissure already does it w/out a maintenance cost (but isn't immune to being destroyed by effects).

Burning Fields

If you control a Dragon-Type monster: Target 2 empty Monster Card Zones your opponent controls; those zones cannot be used.

OK, Ground Collapse except it requires a Dragon monster to be present on your field.

Surprise Manuever

Flip all face-down monsters on the field face-up, then activate 1 of the following effects.

- Gain 400 Life Points for every Dragon-Type monster you control.

- Change the Battle Position of all monsters on the field.

First effect is OK (though gaining 2000LP for a full field of Dragons is a lot). Second effect could switch your opponent's weaker monsters into Attack Position and result in them taking damage or to soften up a stronger monster so you can take it down (or save yourself from getting attacked).

Power Burst

Activate only if you have half of your starting Life Points. Discard 2 cards in your hand and banish 2 cards in your Deck/Graveyard: Select and activate 1 of the following effects.

- Draw 3 cards; gain 1000 Life Points for every Dragon-Type monster drawn by this effect.

- Target 1 Level 6 or lower Dragon-Type Ritual Monster in either player's Deck: Special Summon that target. The Special Summon of that monster cannot be negated.

Assuming this is a standard duel, we need to have 4000 or less LP and pay 4 cards to use this effect to draw cards/gain LP or target a Dragon-Type Ritual monster. (Just so you know, only Paladin of White Dragon is affected by this). As a sidenote, any form of draw effects aren't exactly liked here (unless there is substantial cost to do so); though you do have to pay 4 cards so guess that balances out.

For the second one, might want to remove the Ritual requirement (unless you plan on making other Dragon Ritual monsters)

Any reason why this is a Counter Trap card and not a normal one? Unlike the other Counter Traps out there, this one doesn't negate anything.

Drakoth Ritual & Drakoth the Devourer of Worlds

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Drakoth the Devourer of World". You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal 10 or more.

You can Ritual Summon this card with "Drakoth Ritual". You do not pay the maintenance cost for "Dragon World". While "Dragon World" is face-up on the field, this card cannot be targeted for attacks. Once per turn, you can activate 1 of the following effects.

- Target 1 card on the field; banish it.

- Pay 3000 Life Points; banish all cards on the field except for "Dragon World" and this card.

While said Spell card exists, you can't attack this card and you can either banish 1 card on the field every turn or you can pull off a Demise-esque effect and banish everything save for this and Dragon World. Though even if you were to clear the field, it has no attacking stats to use.

Also, it cannot have 2 printed Types. Either you choose one or the other OR you add the effect "This card is also treated as a (whatever)-Type monster" for the Type you didn't print.

Like a lot of members said in your other threads, DON'T use attachments. Just copy/paste the IMG codes from the card maker.

Back on topic, your cards are alright but you do need to work on OCG.

Sometimes the image host acts up (otherwise it should be working). Otherwise, just upload them on another site.

Though, I am interested to see what are the other cards in this set. For the Ritual Spell, there's generally no Type restriction on the monsters you need to tribute for them; just make sure their Levels total the RM's Level and you're fine. You do need to make sure that the name of the Ritual Monster matches the card named inside the Spell card and vice versa.
