*All Monsters with ice Counter(s) cannot Attack, and Once per turn, if they would activate an Effect, you can negate that effect.

*All Monsters with ice Counter(s) Gain 500 ATK and cannot be Targeted by other card effect(s).

If you use any of these 2 effect(s) of "Number 24: Ice Overlord" and one of these 2 effect(s) is Existing on the field, the Existing effect is negated, then the Activated effect applies.

if this card is discarded to the graveyard by a Monster's Effect: Target 1 WATER Monster, other than "Cold Suppler" in your graveyard:Add that target to your hand. Once per turn:you can Place 1 Ice Counter on 1 Face-up Monster on the field.

During your End Phase: You can place 1 Ice Counter on this card for every face-up WATER Monster you Control. Once per turn, you can Remove 1 Ice Counter from this card to Place 1 Ice Counter on Every Face-up Monster, Up to the number of WATER Monsters you Control. If a Monster with Ice Counter(s) Delcares an Attack:you can Remove 1 Ice Counter from this card:Negate the Attack.

Once per turn, During your Main Phase: You can Place 2 Ice Counters on Card(s) you Control.

Once per turn, you can use the effect of a face-up "Blaze Accelerator" Without Discarding a Monster. Once per turn, after the effect of "Blaze Accelerator" Resolves, you can Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Monsters you Control can Declare an Attack this turn, and, if you do:this card loses 1500 ATK during damage step only.
