2 Level 8 Synchro Monsters
During either player's turn, when a monster(s) would be Summoned, OR a Spell/Trap Card is activated: You can detach 1 Xyz Materials from this card; negate the Summon or activation, and if you do, attach that card to this card as an Xyz Material. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Materials from this card; this card's ATK becomes double its original ATK until the End Phase.

Seems...powerful yet for spending 3 resources on it I would probably allow it to negate special summons too and attach them so you can stop OTK against you plus I don't see the really need for this to be limited to Once per Turn since it's atk is....kinda low for a card that you are gonna spend so many resources on but as of right now it seems balanced a kinda strong 7/10 you should comment on my Skull Servant Support card in this thread it would be helpful :D.

Negating special summons would be too much, especially since Photon Galaxy decks can 1st turn this.

 

I'd say just buff it's stats because it's effect is pretty good as is but I can agree it is weak for what you have to use to make it.

 

If you look at Neo-Galaxy Eyes for example, it has 4.5k for 3 level 8s so I'd say follow suit and give the card at least 3k+

Too low ATK, too much resources needed, too little payoff. An effect that is once per turn, and only a maximum of twice while it is face-up without cards that re-attach mats. Outclassed by, ironically, Stardust Dragon.

 

No real easy way to summon this outside of Tannhauser's Gate or Galaxy Queen's Light, while Stardust can be brought out by Starlight Road, any combination of level 3 Tuner and CyDra and several hundred other one-turn level 8 combos. 

 

Main effect is essentially Stardust without leaving you open, but is ironically a big mistake. Stardust leaving the field for negation means you basically safeguard it from destruction for a whole turn, as it's no longer susceptible to removal.

Attach eff is very much unneeded. You can only use this thing's effect twice with it, so why even bother?

 

I really hate giving ratings, but it's apparently a thing in RC now, so 3/10. Easiest fix would be to change it to 2 Level 8s, make it more powerful (give an effect that covers things Stardust can't), and make it so that it only detaches 1. Increasing it's ATK probably wouldn't hurt as well.
