Sakura, Princess of the Golden Seas

I see no "Golden Seas" Tuner in the IRL game so this really needs to show the Tuner to have a proper judgment, or really be generic since I see no problem with that.

This card's Attribute is also treated as LIGHT while on your side of the field or in your Graveyard.  Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up monster; switch it to face-down Defense Position, and it's effects are negated until the next turn's End Phase.

I'm sure you intended that "next turn's" to be the effect, otherwise it'd just be "until the End Phase". This is not a quick effect so it doesn't need to say it as it is in the card currently.

Pretty much the above post. I wasn't sure if you meant for the 2nd effect to target a monster and negate it's effects or act as some kind of summon. Which the targeting one makes way more since. Was just bringing it up.

I'm not sure if it's even possible to keep the monster in check after flipping it down or not, but just in case, the way I think this card is working, is that it flips the monster down, and then if it has a FLIP effect try to trigger (or something along those lines) it'd still be null within that time.

I'd need someone more experienced with these rulings to come check to know for sure.

I'm not totally sure either maybe something like -

"You can Set 1 monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. You can only gain this effect once per turn. When that monster is flipped face-up it's effects are negated."

Here's a link to his Golden Seas archetype; pics are small though (next time, TC, if your cards involve other cards that don't exist, you need to link to them): http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/311889-golden-seas-archtype/

Anyway, on to CnCing.

Given your set, I only see 1 Tuner in there and it's Level 1. Since it only needs 1 non-Tuner, that monster has to be Level 4 (though the non-Tuners in your set fit that). As for its overall stats, 1900/1200 is a bit low for a Level 5, though with that Tuner, it becomes 2400/1700 so I suppose it balances out. Effect-wise, the second part is confusing: Do you mean that you get to Set an extra monster but its effect is negated OR you flip a monster on field face-down and negate that card's effect. You need to clarify this. (For simplicity's sake, I'll assume it's the former)

I wanted it to bypass cards that either can not be affected by card affects which is why I gave it really low stats because with Arbiter + Golden Seas it gets a +800 and would kill most likely kill something since nothing playable besides God's have more than 2700 DEF. Also I nerfed Maiden of the Golden Seas since then scroll down to the final update it does not boost the ATK and DEF of the synchro because it would break the tuner lol. But yeah so I guess Furret is right thank you now and now  it is

Oh I see. That makes sense.

I like that concept. The other cards in that link seem to be thumnails/attachments and are very hard to see, so it's good to get a general idea of what the combo is here.

I still think it could be generic since the low stats are kept while used in other ways. Though overall there's nothing wrong with belonging to an archetype I guess.

I'm still unsure you can call face-down cards to be negated, but I'll just say "why not?" and well... it's pretty straight-forward.
