If you're wondering what I mean by Insta-Win Cards, Think about Exodia, Destiny Board, Final Countdown, etc. Here's the Rules, and Also How i'll be judging the cards. 1. The Card(s) Must be Balanced, Meaning, They have to be difficult to pull off. 2. Custom Cards Only. I want to see some really interesting cards, So no real cards allowed in Card Effects or Summon Requirements. 3. As always, Have fun. Prizes (Because I know people won't participate without 'em ^_^) 1st Place: 60 Points 2nd Place: 30 points 3rd Place: 15 Points Donations are welcome, Though they won't change the Prize Amount.
