Yes it is accepted Okay, this will be my first post in an RP (my first post in this forum overall), but I really like Roleplaying, although I never played Yu-Gi-Oh RPs or in english. But, theres always a start, isn't it? It is almost impossible to anger him or make him sad, as he always sees something good in any situation. His hair is a Dark Brown that is usually all over the place, and so he usually just wears a black baseball cap over his head so that he doesn't have to worry about it. His eyes are a light shade of blue. He wears a large black jacket with an extended collar (similar to what the uniform looked like in Yugioh GX). With this, he wears a set of denim jeans which are very baggy, and a set of green sneakers. He also wears a belt that holds his deck inside of a black leather case attached to his side. His duel disk is Custom Built with an Extra Deck zone and a Removed from Play Zone. It is Midnight Black With Green accents on the Life Point meter and the card zones. When inactive, The card zones fold in to resemble a dragon's wing. The life point meter also functions as a GPS, a Clock, and it can even be used to chat with distant people. Personality: Jacob is a person who doesn't really care about anything that other people do. You could say the meanest things and do the most terrible things to Jacob, and he would probably shake it off as if nothing happened. He feels the same way about Duel Monsters: Every time an Archetype of cards, such as Fire Fist, would get really popular around the school, he wouldn't care. Outside of this part of his personality, he is a very kind and polite young gentleman who tries his best to help everyone look on the bright side of things. The only things that could ever make Jacob's personality shift is if an insult goes too far. At that point, Jacob would become furious, and he would lose his composure and be a huge mess. He is also a person who loves the stage, and tries his best to make it into any play of sorts going on at his school. However, he is far from being pompous and pretentious, and instead can sometimes be very sensitive and apologize unnecessarily. Extracurricular activities: His primary interest is the Drama Club, in which he contributes most of his time. If he's not trying to make his Duel Monsters Deck better, then he's working on something for the Drama Club. He has also looked into the Signer Club, but he thinks he might not have enough time. Deck: Emerald Dragon Lockdown Deck Description: "Emerald Dragon" is an Archetype that Jacob discovered that has gotten him far in the world of Duel Monsters. In this deck, the costs of everything is using DEF points, and most of the effects revolve around the monsters being in Defense Position. Custom Cards: Pretty much all of the cards in this link, and that's about it. His bishonen face has left many girls charmed and guys feeling guilty about their boners. To top it all off, he frequently crossdresses, usually with short skirts and knee-length socks. Miki's everyday attire consists of a long-sleeved one-piece dress (similar to a seifuku), knee length striped (green and white) socks, and silver sneakers. He wears a plastic green bracelet on his left arm, though he sometimes swap it for a rubber one. His duel disk is pink in color, and is adorned by various stickers, mostly comprised of various candy, heart or cartoon shapes. He has a tattoo on his left hip that spells out "Rix" (Gaulish for King). Personality: Two words that describe Miki's personality best: energetic and playful. He is almost on a perpetually happy mood, always having a grin on his face no matter what. You can almost call him childish, and he will just nod along in agreement. He tries to be friendly, though his bubbly personality and annoying, high-pitched voice makes it a bit difficult. One of his weirder traits is his slightly yandere-like tendencies. Able to make a fairly detailed analysis and prediction of duels with only a glance, or to come up with solutions to some complex problems, even though they often don't make sense. He really does enjoy a good fight, and will seek out strong opponents to duel against when they appear, often gaining an almost sadistic tone against them, as he'll enjoy seeing their power even when it hurts him in the process. Of his two decks, he most often uses the Hieratic deck in everyday duels, reserving his other deck mostly for fights on behalf of the Numbers Club, or when someone actually asks to go against the deck. He also has a preference for dragons even in Mythology, enjoying the tales of various dragons from around the world, which is what caused him to make the Hieratic deck in the first place, and why even his second deck uses dragons as most of the boss creatures. He's only President of the Mythology Research Club because he's the oldest student in the club, acting as a figurehead more than anything else, letting a couple of the lower members do the actual work towards the running of the club.[/spoiler] Extracurricular activities: Mythology Research Club (President), Numbers Club (Holder of Number 62 - Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon and Number 107 - Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon) Deck: Galaxy/Photon (As part of the Numbers Club), Hieratic (As part of the Mythology Research Club) Deck Description: The Galaxy/Photon deck focuses on summoning out Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon and using it for High Level Xyz summoning, it's designed with a focus around beating Xyz decks, but will work decently against other decks anyway. The Hieratic deck uses Hieratic archetype along with some high level dragons to make a dragon beatdown deck. The only two custom cards are in the Hieratic Deck. [spoiler=Custom Cards] [spoiler=Ancient Dragon] Lore: 1 Dragon-Type Tuner Monster + 1 or more Dragon-Type Non-Tuner Monsters You can Synchro Summon this card by using Xyz monsters you control as Synchro Material Monsters. If you do, the rank of those monsters are counted as their level for the Synchro Summon. Speaking of that teacher: [spoiler='Hinako Sangako'] Character: Username: H.N. Elly Name: Hinako Sangako Age:She'll tell you she's 26, but she's really 32 Gender: F [spoiler='Appearance'][/spoiler] [spoiler='Personality'] For a teacher Hinako can be extremely informal often being quite personal with students, although she does require them to call her Sangako-sensei. Known among the staff for her creative and eccentric teaching style, though this is probably because her college major was in Visual Arts. Despite this she was hired hired for her minor which was Eastern History and Religion. As a History teacher (the instructor for both the World Religions Class, and History of Eastern Civilization) she is a fanatic about knowing about the world's past. Popular among the students for her easy-going teaching, and treating classes more like a seminar discussing the lessons with her students on a psychological and philosophical level, rather than teaching it as a lecture, Hinako's classes are never boring. Hinako has many odd personality quirks and her OCD makes her focus on unusual or obscure details. Hinako is an extremely neat person and cannot stand disorganized students (in fact she takes the first day of class to organize her student's lockers). She will never allow somebody to fail her classes, and will move Heaven and Earth to help her students. With this comes a give and take, as since Hinako treats her students with respect she expects the same effort and respect in return and feels very betrayed when students let her down. With Hinako's carefree and friendly personality, it takes a lot to get her fired up, but one sure way to get on her angry is to mess with her students. Even with students she doesn't know should someone hurt one of the kids at the Academy Hinako will become like a mother bear defending her cubs, and bear down (no pun intended) on the aggressor. You know what they say 'Hell hath no fury like a woman's scorn' and Hinako takes this to the extreme. For such a placid, and unpreturbable person, to see her finally snap is a truly frightening sight like no other. Brightscale Dragon is overpowered though. Being a 3k beatstick that perpetually allows those even bigger beatsticks to perpetually attack without draw back is excessive. Can I reserve? Reinforce Posted March 10, 2014 Report Share Posted March 10, 2014 I edited Brightscale Dragon, it still grants a bonus attack to a monster while it remains on the field, but I lowered the attack down to 2600 and made the effect cost both Xyz materials rather than one. And sure fake numbers would be allowed you would just have to explain how your character made one. Hmmm it is plausible. You just can't use one someone else has dibs on. Also Opening post will be going up today so this way we can jump into the first boss battle before the end of the week lol For those who still have apps they want to submit the accepting sign will still be up. You can be in whatever class you want with whom ever you want. Just know that some of these character's will be approached to join a club while the rest will be meeting with their clubs and preparing for take off. Have fun. Certain characters will be approached by the president of the Signer's or Number's club. If not the schools notification system (which will be an NPC introduced in my next post) will bug the mess out then. Last resort...drafting.
