Good defensive card and a good +1 though cards like mirror force wouldn't be affected by this since it's based no targeted monsters.

I also think the +1 should be changed to balance this card out a bit more.

Overall: 8.8/10 ( I like the negate idea to stop cards like compulsory evacuation device but I just think the free draw needs to be replaced with some other positive effect.)

Thanks. With regards to the mirror force element, It was meant to be like that so it could not be over used. cards like dark hole would render this card useless. As for the draw effect how about a gain in life points?

 how about: special summon one level 4 or lower monster from your hand. Not to overpowered and keeps in tune with the "Hidden guard" theme.

This card is totally fine as it is like seriously a +1 that most times would be great but maybe you should give your opponent the card draw and allow it to totally blanket your monsters.

I really like that idea. That would strike a really good balance.

That is also a very good idea. It would give this card more flavor!

This actually isn't a +1, per say, since all you do is just Negate something that Targeted a card of yours, and you draw 1. So really, all this card does is replace itself, on top of being what people think Forbidden Lance actually does.
With that in mind, though, I could see this being playable. Mostly for the reason that I already mentioned.
