His second effect pretty much requires you to run the vanillas and the Lady, so at best you only get 3 salvos from it anyways. Granted that is still 3K for a King each go, but I digress. Seems really really strong. It's an "If; you can" It's triggered by anything that sends it to the Grave in any way. It can't miss timing. You don't need Downerd for it.
