Neutrality Man
This card can only be activated in response to the effect of a card(s) in your possession with "you cannot Special Summon" in its card text. This turn, you can Special Summon, ignoring that card's effect. You can only activate "Broken Bonds" once per Duel. Designed for Thunder Family to use with their pet Seahorse. Progenitor
While I think this card has a cool idea to it, it is such a niche card I dont see how it will ever really be useful. I dont think the once per duel is necessary. If you make it a "once per turn" it would be better, because if another monster comes out that would prevent sp. summoning, it would technically override your eff, and you would have wasted a Once per duel card. Neutrality Man
Ah yes, that situation you just described is something I call an "Imbecile Detector". It's a colossal misplay that would only occur if you were running through with no plan whatsoever and weren't paying attention to what you were doing.
