Ice Barrier Support Cards and back row

I've thought about this card for some time. constructive critisism is happily accepted. Do you think it's op? up? Should I split the effect into multiple cards?

 

Effect:     When an Ice Barrier monster is summoned, the controller of the summoned monster can switch it's battle position.
When a monster with a Barrier Counter is destroyed, special summon 1 Ice Effigy Token in defense position to your side of the field(Aqua-Type/WATER/Level 1/Atk 0/Def 0). Increase it's defense equal to the number of ice counters on the destroyed monster x 500. Ice Effigy Tokens are unaffected by trap cards and cannot be tributed for the summon of a monster.
Once per turn, both players can activate these effects:
• Special Summon 1 Ice Effigy Token in defense position (Aqua-Type/WATER/Level 1/Atk 0/Def 0).
• Place 1 Barrier counter on each face up Ice Barrier monster you control.
• Tribute any number of Ice Effigy Tokens to special summon an equal number of Ice Barrier monsters from your graveyard

As an Ice Barrier player myself, guess I should say something here.

 

First effect is nice for stuff like Defender or some other walls that can be NS and block opponents or something. The token effect is okay, but they're relatively weak unless your monster had sufficient counters (makes good Synchro bait or something); You could tribute them to revive the monsters that triggered their summon in the beginning, though.

 

 

For the most part, unless you're playing mirror matches, the second half of the effect is pretty much usable only to this card's user.

Overall, I suppose it's okay. (Disregard my response in last topic; accidentally posted in the one w/out card)

so, should i give the tokens a higher base def and ignore the counter thing? or give them a higher base def and lower their bonus def from counters? increase the rate at which mosnters gain counters? this is my first custom card ever so im pretty unsure as to how to edit it.

and making a card that only benefits one archetype isnt really a problem, there a quite a few cards that do that already (geartown, amazoness, "a" zone, meklord, naturia forest, etc)

(btw awesome that i have a senior member replying to my posts, you're awesome and a main reason that i joined this website)
