If you control a this Monster is in your Hand, you can negate effect of one your Face-up "Photon" monster, you can to Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Special Summoned this way: Target 1 other "Photon" monster you control; this Monster card's Level becomes equal to the that target's Level, also negate the effects of that target of the Monster you negated Level. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster. An incredibly easy way to enable Xyz Summons in Photon Decks. Therrion Posted May 16, 2014 Report Share Posted May 16, 2014 Instant Galaxion or Rank 8, which is great for the Deck.
