For some strange reason, I am 75% sure that I know which card is Aez's and which is Aqua's.

Anyways, I'm still voting.
Card A: Good effect, but I feel like it's overpowered due to the fact that it has a cheap cost. For example, if you have a warrior returning alive in your hand and you don't have any warriors in grave yet you can just set it and then activate this card. Also, it's second effect makes it even more op.
Card B, Great card, I like the idea. It's like a magical stone excavation except that you only discard one card and it's effect is restricted to two type of spells and you have to banish the card. Very balanced and I like the picture. How did you make/get it? I also noticed that more than half (I think) of the cards in the picture are banned.

I vote card B.

Card A seems to be a very good way of removing monsters but with that cheap cost I feel it may be a bit OP

Card B.While this sounds really good in theory. I cannot help but think it could be used for some very heavy abuse especially in decks that revolve around discarding and graveyard control.

For those reasons i have decided (this was actually quite hard) to go with card A.

Gonna give it another go at Voting. Remember that I am merely going on personal thought here and am not thinking of some awesome cmbos and stuff... Anyhow...

Card A: Very good if you have a dead card on the field or want to return a Continous card like Swords to your hand to activate later. The monster destruction effect is fair enough too. The part in the Graveyard is a little overkill though with the ability to return a potentail game winner to the person's hand. I would have rather had it Banish a SPell to return this card to your hand. Then it would be good for recycling.

Card B: Has the potential to reuse a Spell from your Graveyard. This has so many uses that it is borderline ridiculous. The discard at first makes it a -2 but believe me, the ability to activate cards like Reborn, Trunade or Storm from the Grave is borderline broken. Thank god that once it hits the Grave, it cannot be used for the rest of the Duel as it cannot be targetted.

Card B would have got my Vote if it was toned down a notch. But Card A just seems more useful overall. So Card A it is.

Card A is undoubtedly broken, you both destroy a monster and return your continuous thing to your hand without any real cost at all, even only that is OP for quick-play, let alone having ridiculous powerful effect in grave. In fact it gaining 2 votes make me really curious to know what are Yugioh player smoking now. Card B can reuse some useful stuff like Duality or Soul Charge without taking their drawbacks by discarding 1 card and only at a specific timing. Well balanced. It may not the best, but when there is a Card A in comparison, I vote Card B.

Card A: is simply a good destruction spell: it has a cost, limits, but an extra something to activate by banishing later (like BTS), though the fact that this extra something is a compuls that's harder to negate makes it a biit OP. Maybe changing the second effect to apply to monsters (even the same type/attribute as the one destroyed due to 1st effect) would be better.

Card B: Its funny that this card has serial spell in its art, as it is essentially a better version of that card, in every way. It applies to 2 kinds of spell and not one, doesn't discard your whole hand, and activates the second spell's effect at a better time than serial spell can, making it redundant (more than it already is), something I don't like to see in yu gi oh. Also, it is VERY op due to this, with the only real limitation being mp1 only, which isn't much. to re-use limited cards.

Due to this, my vote goes to Card A.

As stated by all reasonable votes, Card A is too OP, the fact that it has 2 positive effects without any drawback even being a quick-play is really too much. Card B on the other hand, can be abused since it bypass all drawback and restriction for many cards, so you can use some powerful card like The Seventh One multiple times, but after read it again, you have to discard a card to activate it, which mean -2, also the timing is so specific (it's hilarious that no one noticed that activate only at the start of M1 mean this card can only be activated once per turn, at least Empoledum obviously don't realize that) and No-recycle-clause is nothing but an epic catch

So if it didn't clear enough, Card B got my vote.
