You can only use this effect of "Returner Mage LV4" once per turn. During your Standby Phase: You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Returner Mage LV8" from your hand, Deck, or graveyard. You cannot activate this effect the turn this card is Summoned or flipped face-up.

 

 

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by "Returner Mage LV4", and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card is unaffected by other monster effects.
