Traptrix Maticora

EARTH - Rank 4 - Insect/Xyz/Effect - 2200/600

2 Level 4 monsters

"Traptrix" monsters you control are unaffected by the effects of Normal Trap Cards. If a "Hole" Normal Trap Card activates, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Draw 1 card, and if the drawn card is a "Traptrix" monster or "Hole" Normal Trap Card, you can banish 1 card your opponent controls. If a "Traptrix" monster(s) you control is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can target 1 "Traptrix" monster in your Graveyard, except a monster with the same name as the sent monster: You can either Special Summon that target OR add it to your hand.

Continuous Trap Card

Lore: If this card is activated while you control a FIRE monster: Inflict 1500 damage to your opponent. Once per turn, if a FIRE monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battle or an opponent's card effect, those monsters gain 500 ATK instead. You can only control 1 "Live Fire".

And next up is....

Des Doormain - Twitcher's Curtain (this location was available through a Demon Door in Fable 3, now let's see how much of its lore you can put into a Yugioh card. Bonus point if you can keep it going into a series of Des Doormains)

Des Doormain - Twitcher's Curtain

Continuous Spell

You can only activate this card while your LP are 2000 or less, you have 3 or fewer cards in your hand, and you control a Level 4 or lower Normal monster. If a Warrior or Spellcaster-Type Normal monster battles, add 1 "Des Doormain" card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand at the end of the Damage Step. Level 3 or lower Normal monsters you control can attack your opponent directly. If you inflict battle damage to your opponent in battle involving a Normal monster: Gain LP equal to the damage inflicted. Only the player with the most LP can conduct their Normal Draw.

Des Doormain - Dorian's Portrait

(Thematically, both curtains and portraits occasionally stand in for doors. Plus, anyone who attended sophomore English classes knows what I named it after.)

Continuous Trap Card

Lore: All effect damage you take is halved. During each damage calculation, you choose which player takes the battle damage (if any): During your End Phase, if you took less than 1000 battle damage since last turn: Destroy this card.

I see where this can be going-Spells go for Fabled, Traps go for famous cursed artifacts. Good looks, Draconus.

Alright, next up:

Des Doormain - Final Orders (based on this Fable 3 locale, gents and ladies. S'full of skeletons having a good time, unlocked by presenting a happy kid to that door (yeah I know, super twisted. Now let's get crackin' on making it a Yu-GI-Oh Cont. Spell.)

Des Doormain - Final Orders

Continuous Spell

You must Tribute the Normal monster you control with the lowest Level to activate this card. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to target 1 Level 3 or lower Normal monster in your Graveyard, and 1 Effect monster in your opponent's Graveyard: Banish the target in your opponent's Graveyard, and Special Summon the target in your Graveyard, with the effects of the banished card (it is still treated as a Normal monster). If a Normal monster you control inflicts battle damage, all monsters you control gain 100 ATK.

Rapid Summoning Chain

Trap Card

Activate only as Chain Link 3 or higher. Special Summon monsters from your Deck up to number of Chain Links activated when this card was activated. You cannot activate this card if multiple cards/effects with the same name are in that Chain.

So basically if this card is Chain Link 3, it will make summon 2 Monsters from your deck. I'm not sure how its supposed to be worded though.

Will make the prompt for fun, but I remind you that in this thread you have to provide names for the cards, not traits.

Invoked Vulcanfierno

While face-up on the field, this card is also EARTH-Attribute. Unaffected by your opponent's monster effects. B.B. Coffee Run

Quick-Play Spell Card

If you have exactly 2 fewer cards in your hand than your opponent, and control a LIGHT Warrior monster: Draw 2 cards, then apply 1 of these effects.

  • Send 2 "B.B." Coffee Run(s)" from your hand or Deck to the GY, then you gain 2000 LP.
  • Send 2 cards from your hand to the GY, then you lose 2000 LP.

And I even went back to look at the B.B. Archetype to specifically tailor this card to their stats! Yay me!

great Archetype, btw, Mr. Perry Ellis.

Anyways, a card series Draco 'n I kinda got away from us with all my cascading duties in meatspace, so let's begin it again with....

Des Doormain - The First Planet (based on this Fable-3 Demon Door, comes complete with military getup in a chest and a changeable atmosphere-let's make it a Yugioh card! Bonus point if it supports or aligns with the Des Doormains me and Draconus made a couple posts above!)
