Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 "D/D" Tuner from your Deck, and make it Level 6. After this effect resolves, you cannot Special Summon monsters from the hand or Deck for the rest of the turn, except by Pendulum Summon. Once per turn, during your opponent's turn, you can (Quick Effect): Inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each "Dark Contract" card you control. Immediately after this effect resolves If you would take damage, you can make 1 face-up monster on the field lose exactly 500 ATK instead.

This makes the card able to substitute for any specific Tuner Synchro you may have as well as lets you manipulate levels in a versatile and peculiar manner, giving it some gimmick potential outside of the intended use.

Must first be Fusion Summoned. Once per turn, you can also Fusion Summon this card by revealing 1 "Dark Fusion" or "Dark Calling" in your hand. During a turn in which this card was face-up in Attack Position, all other monsters on the field that were Summoned from the Extra Deck are returned to the Extra Deck during the End Phase. If this card destroys your opponent's monster by battle: You can Special Summon 1 "Evil HERO" monster from your Graveyard or that is banished. During the End Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard: You can return this card to your Extra Deck, then banish the top 3 cards of your opponent's Deck. You can only activate this effect of "Evil HERO Palaios" once per turn.

 

It turns all your opponent's Extra Deck monsters into Neos Fusions. Can't think of anything more appropriate.

All monsters each player controls lose 100 ATK for each of their controller's banished cards, and monsters with 0 ATK have their effects negated and cannot be used as Material for a Summon. Neither player takes damage from card effects.

 

Pure, unadulterated hopelessness, just like Braxis is in lore. A scrubbed, icy hellhole with no resources, that ruins the resources you already have with the wind and cold. The only win conditions are Deck-out or beatdown.

If this card is used as Material for a Link Summon: You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard (you can only activate this effect of "Peter Piper of Pickled Peppers" once per turn).

 

Completely generic and absolutely amazing.

 

Kusarigama Thrasher (preferably related in some way to "Chain Thrasher". A kusarigama is a sickle on the end of a chain.)

You can only use each effect of "Red-Eyes Black Magic Dragon" once per tun.

 

Red-eyes in its current incarnation has a weirdly large amount of synergy with DM, so why not go all out?

At the start of the Damage Step, if this card attacks, you can target valid Fusion Materials for the Summon of a "Blue-Eyes" Fusion monster that are on the field or in your Graveyard: Shuffle all targets into the Deck and Fusion Summon that monster, and if you do, draw 1 card. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 Level 8 "Blue-Eyes" monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. You can only activate this effect of "Blue-Eyes White Lightning Dragon" once per turn.

 

Do you have at least 2 open Zones you can Summon an ED monster to? Feel free to recycle your used Alternative dragons, pop up to 3 cards, draw 1, and most likely also win because it's unlikely your opponent has a functioning effect monster on board.

  • Banish this card from your GY face-down. Check your opponent's hand and the top 5 cards on his/her deck. You cannot activate effects during the same turn this effect is activated.
  • Special Summon this card from your hand, also Special Summon any other available copies of Transient Cloudwalker from your Deck. These copies cannot be used in Fusion, Synchro, XYZ, or Link Summons on the same turn they were summoned.
  • Return this card from your side of the field to the hand. Destroy up to 3 cards on your opponent's side of the field, also, the zones in which those cards were present cannot be used on your opponent's next turn.

Guess I went a little far on the fun with this card.
