It was designed to get on the opponent's nerves by not being able to attack. And if you think its overpowered, you must pay 1000 Life Points, and it can easily be destroyed by Raigeki Break, etc. ((The loophole with its effect is if your opponent controls 1 Monster, the effect won't apply.)) Usually, it's best to link your cards from an outside image hosting site, such as Photobucket, after uploading it there. This way, if YCM has an issue with showing cards, it won't nail you.
