A reasonable, not completely OP effect monster, right? Opinions? Remember, this card is meant to be reasonable.

Honestly, I don't have a whole lot to say.  There's no Special Summon clause, so it's easier to bring out with Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon or Call Of The Haunted.  The latter card in particular can be helpful for its effect, since it can be activated right at your Draw Phase, so you can set off its effect on your Standby Phase, assuming you already have a Pyro-Type monster.  Other than that, I don't see the point of using this card over Chain Strike or Secret Barrel for a Burn Deck.

As noted above, this is SSable by Darkness Metal and can serve as a useful beatstick when needed.

In terms of the burn though, Volcanics might have some use for this card as a secondary boss over Doomfire (although he just got new support in SECE).

 

Again, not really sure if they can even use it [there are other FIRE Decks, but Volcanics came to mind for a possible contender; given what they're capable of].
