I would also fix the fact that it requires 2 level 4 monsters but there are 3 Rank Stars

I think that if you can somehow get this to survive, this can be a really good set up card for Decks that need a little more consistency. Maybe Bujins can use this.

Level is capitalized. The comma after Standby Phase should be a colon, and the 'y' in you after that should be capitalized. Detach cost should be "detach 1 Xyz Material from this card." The effect should start with a semicolon instead of 'to.' It isn't FIRE-ATTRIBUTE WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT ME, it should be "a FIRE monster." It'd be like this, or at least very, very close:

Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; draw 1 card, then if it is a FIRE monster, you can reveal it, also this card gains 200 ATK.

 

(I couldn't find anything with updated text that lets you chose to reveal a card you just drew for an effect. The closest were Gishkis Levianima and Zielgigas, but they force you to reveal whatever you draw with their effects. If you want, you can word it like "Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; draw 1 card, and if you do, reveal it, then, if it was a FIRE monster, this card gains 200 ATK."

As for the card, it's comparable to the likes of Fairy Cheer Girl, which is a Rank 4 monster with 1900 ATK that specifically requires Fairies to Xyz Summon. Opposed to this, Fairy Cheer Girl can draw on the turn she's Summoned. This, however, has more ATK (and a way to increase it even more, albeit by a rather slight amount) and a Rank that is pretty easy to get onto the field via cards like Tour Guide and Crane Crane. It would feel a little better if its ATK score wasn't so high, maybe 1700-1800.

 

Personally, given how Fairy Cheer Girl is generic and there are not that many Xyz Monsters that let you draw (well, there's Emeral), I'm a bit wary on having a Rank 3 monster that lets you draw as an effect. At least this one has you wait an entire turn before you can get the draw, so your opponent has a pretty good chance of getting rid of it before then. The ATK-gaining effect is so minor compared to the drawing effect that this will definitely see play in Decks that don't run any FIRE monsters in the Main Deck at all (if they really need for this to gain ATK, they can run one of the Rank 3s that can have a high ATK, like Dante or #17). For a first, it's pretty good, I just don't feel 100% sure on giving the Rank 3 pool a generic draw card.

In terms of power alone, this card is essentially a droppable 2100/1900 R3; which is comparable to the next closest card in power, Grenosaurus (by 100 ATK).

 

As noted above, there are Decks that are capable of spamming Rank 3s, especially with Tour Guide and other things lately. Combined with a delayed free draw effect, ATK might need to be lowered (or you add another material). For comparative reasons, Battlecruiser Dianthus (a card with similar stats to this card) is a 3-mat.

 

If anything, most Decks that can afford to run this do so for the drawing capacities, and to extent, an decent beater for mid-game (given what exists). The power bonus is really marginal, and doesn't make too much of an impact.

 

 

For a first card, it looks good; but just there's some problems with how much power it carries for a Rank 3 + a drawing effect.

• Number 30 (3000)

Then again, either they have specific requirements, mandate a 3rd material or have negative effects.

Assuming it can live through the opponent's attempts to remove it (either by battle or effect), possibly.

Then again, you need to live through the opponent's turn for it to trigger, so probably not, factoring in what gets played lately.

 

Otherwise, whatever I mentioned earlier still holds.

 

 

Anyway, you need to add your own two cents on the card in question.
