AcediaJC
After a long stretch of being super busy and having no inspiration for new card ideas, I'm finally back with a new archetype! Allow me to introduce the "Gawa-Gawa" Monsters, an archetype consisting mostly of Pendulum Monsters and Ritual Monsters (With one exception), based around the idea of Pendulum Summoning Ritual Monsters. And with that, I'm sure most people's reaction will be "Wat". Basically the way the archetype works (In an idealistic world at least) is you get your Pendulum Scale set up as early as possible so that you can Pendulum Summon the right combination of "Gawa-Gawa" Monsters (Which would basically be any two of the Pendulums + their tuner) to Ritual Summon the main boss, "Gawa-Gawa Chi". Gawa-Gawa Chi has the effect that you can banish a destroyed Gawa-Gawa monster in order to gain the ability to Pendulum Summon the archetype's other Ritual monsters, which do various useful things for annoying the hell out of your opponent. Another factor that probably makes them incredibly annoying is that a lot of them are very search-happy, since otherwise they'd probably have a bit of trouble getting off the ground... Though I'm worried I may have overdid it. The card grammar is probably terrible and they're probably horrendously broken or utterly useless, but I'm a bit rusty on my card making and haven't done much involving Pendulum or Rituals before. But anyway, here they are:
Gawa-Gawa Chi This card must be Special Summoned by the effect of "Gawa-Gawa Paradise". Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: You can banish 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Monster from your Graveyard or Extra Deck. If you do, you can Pendulum Summon "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monsters this turn, ignoring summoning conditions. When this card is destroyed, you can activate 1 "Gawa-Gawa Paradise" from your Deck or Graveyard. Gawa-Gawa Me This card must be Special Summoned by the effect of "Gawa-Gawa Paradise". If this card is Pendulum Summoned, you can destroy 1 Card your opponent controls. As long as this card is in face-up Attack Position, all "Gawa-Gawa" Pendulum Monsters you control deal Piercing Damaga. Gawa-Gawa Ra This card must be Special Summoned by the effect of "Gawa-Gawa Paradise". If this card is Pendulum Summoned, you can banish 1 card from your opponent's Graveyard. As long as this card is in face-up Defence Position, all "Gawa-Gawa" Pendulum Monsters you control cannot be destroyed as a result of battle. Gawa-Gawa Butiki This card must be Special Summoned by the effect of "Gawa-Gawa Paradise". Once per turn: You can send 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to the bottom of your Deck to halve the DEF of all face-up Monsters your opponent controls. During your Standby Phase, you can Tribute this card to send 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Pendulum Monster from your Graveyard to your Extra Deck, face-up. Gawa-Gawa Diwa This card must be Special Summoned by the effect of "Gawa-Gawa Paradise". If this card is Pendulum Summoned, you can return 1 card on the field to its owner's Hand. As long as you control this face-up card, other "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monsters you control cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects.

Gawa-Gawa Maya Spell Effect This card can only Pendulum Summon "Gawa-Gawa" Monsters. Once per turn: You can send 1 "Gawa-Gawa" non-Ritual Monster from your Hand to your Graveyard to add 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster from your Deck to your Hand. If you do, you cannot Pendulum Summon until your next Main Phase 1. Monster Effect If this card was Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, you can add 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to your Hand. When this card is Pendulum Summoned, you can switch its ATK and DEF. Gawa-Gawa Pi Spell Effect This card can only Pendulum Summon "Gawa-Gawa" Monsters. Once per turn: You can banish 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Card from your Hand to draw 1 card. If it is a Beast-type "Gawa-Gawa" Pendulum Monster, you can Special Summon it. You cannot Pendulum Summon the turn this effect is activated. Monster Effect If this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, you can send 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to the bottom of your Deck. When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent's life points, you can return 1 card in each player's graveyard to their owner's deck. Gawa-Gawa Lobo Spell Effect You can only activate this card by destroying 1 "Gawa-Gawa" card you control in a Pendulum Zone. This card can only Pendulum Summon "Gawa-Gawa" Monsters. Once per turn: You can increase the ATK of 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Monster you control by 500 until the End Phase. Monster Effect If this card was Normal Summoned, it can be used as the entire Tribute for the Ritual Summon of a Level 8 or lower "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster. During your Standby Phase, you can banish this face-up card to add 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster from your Graveyard to your Hand. Gawa-Gawa Musang Spell Effect This card can only Pendulum Summon "Gawa-Gawa" Monsters. If there is a Beast-type "Gawa-Gawa" Monster in your other Pendulum Zone, this card's Pendulum Scale becomes 1. When a "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster is Summoned, you can destroy this card to discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand. Monster Effect When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, you can send 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Monster from your Deck to your Graveyard. If you control a "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster, when this card destroys an opponent's Monster as a result of battle, return the destroyed monster to its owner's Hand instead. Gawa-Gawa Gi Spell Effect This card can only Pendulum Summon "Gawa-Gawa" Monsters. Once per turn: You can change 1 face-up Attack Position Monster your opponent controls to face-up Defence Position. During your End Phase, if a "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster was Ritual Summoned this turn, you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the field. Monster Effect When this card is destroyed (either by battle or an opponent's card effect), you can Special Summon 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Pendulum Monster from your Hand or Deck. This effect can only be activated if you control a "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster. Gawa-Gawa Peli Spell Effect This card can only Pendulum Summon "Gawa-Gawa" Monsters. If you control at least 1 face-up "Gawa-Gawa Chi", this card's Pendulum Scale becomes 9. As long as you control a face-up "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster, "Gawa-Gawa" cards in your Pendulum Zones cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. Monster Effect If your opponent controls a Monster and you control no Monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). This card cannot declare an attack unless you control at least 1 face-up "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster. When this card destroys an opponent's Monster as a result of battle, you can add 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Pendulum Monster with a Pendulum Scale of 5 or lower from your Extra Deck to your hand. Gawa-Gawa Kawal Spell Effect This card can only Pendulum Summon "Gawa-Gawa" Monsters. Once per turn: You can discard 1 card to return 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Pendulum Card you control to your Hand. During your opponent's Battle Phase, you can banish 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Monster you control. If you do, all battle damage either player would receive this turn is reduced to 0. Monster Effect If you control no "Gawa-Gawa" Pendulum Cards, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card declares an attack, you can target 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster you control. This card's original ATK and DEF become the same as the target Monster's, until your opponent's next End Phase. When this card is destroyed while face-up in a Monster Card Zone (either by battle or a card effect), banish it instead. Gawa-Gawa Uni Spell Effect This card can only Pendulum Summon "Gawa-Gawa" Monsters. During the End Phase of a turn that this card was used for a Pendulum Summon, destroy this card. Whenever a "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster you control is destroyed, it is returned to your Hand instead. Monster Effect If this card is Pendulum Summoned, its level becomes 2. During the End Phase of the turn this card is Summoned, it is returned to its owner's Hand (Even if it is no longer on the field, unless it is banished). If this card is used to Ritual Summon a "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster, you can banish it instead to return 1 other "Gawa-Gawa" Monster that was tributed for the same Ritual Summon to your hand.

Gawa-Gawa Paradise This card is always also treated as a Ritual Spell. Once per turn, you can activate 1 of the following effects: - Select 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster in your hand, then Ritual Summon using 2 or more "Gawa-Gawa" Monsters you control whose total Levels are equal to the selected Monster's. - Destroy this card, then add 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster from your Deck to your Hand. Gawa-Gawa Tao If this card was Pendulum Summoned using 2 "Gawa-Gawa" Pendulum Cards, you can increase or decrease its Level by 1. Once per turn: You can banish 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster or Ritual Spell from your Hand or Field to add 1 "Gawa-Gawa" Pendulum Monster from your Deck to your Hand. Gawa-Gawa Dambana When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, switch it to Defence Position. If you control 2 "Gawa-Gawa" Pendulum Cards in your Pendulum Zones, this card can be Pendulum Summoned from your Graveyard. You can discard this card to return 1 "Gawa-Gawa" card you control to your hand. Gawa-Gawa Diyablo 2 level 8 "Gawa-Gawa" Monsters This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle, and all battle damage you would receive from battles involving this card is reduced to 0. You can tribute this card to add 1 non-Pendulum "Gawa-Gawa" Monster from your Graveyard to your Hand. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz material from this card to destroy 1 card your opponent controls for each "Gawa-Gawa" card you control in a Pendulum Zone. Gawa-Gawa Shrine Tribute 2 level 4 or lower "Gawa-Gawa" Monsters you control, then Special Summon (from your hand) 1 level 8 or lower "Gawa-Gawa" Ritual Monster. You cannot Special Summon any other Monsters the turn this effect is activated. This card's name is also always treated as "Gawa-Gawa Paradise".
EDIT: Finally updated! Added one new Ritual, two new Pendulums, and three more Other Cards. With that, I'm considering this archetype complete! Any thoughts and feedback now that all the cards are here would be greatly appreciated :D
AcediaJC
Hopefully I'm allowed to bump this thread despite how long its been since I posted it, considering I've just edited the first post with new cards now.
Sir Yamiegg
I like the idea. All the cards are pretty much fine, though some of the restrictions are unnecessary, as is the banishment on the Pendulums (sending to Grave definitely won't break the archetype). However, I feel like you have to jump through too may hoops to get the Pendulum Summon of your Rituals. By the way, you can Pendulum Summon Rituals, they just won't be able to be re-summoned because they weren't properly summoned in the first place. I would remove the Summon conditions from the Rituals, but make it so you can only Pendulum Summon up to 1/2 per turn. Other than that, the Deck feels a little fragile; once you have your Rituals out, they're very susceptible to removal and they don't grant great effects when Summoned. Maybe grant effects when they're destroyed - it seems like the Deck is beaten when just a few of its monsters are destroyed. I like the idea, but the Deck is too underpowered.
