Lore:

Cannot be Special Summoned. Must be Normal summoned by its own effect. Tribute 3 monsters on your field; Normal summon this card (from your Hand).the summon of this card cannot be chained. As long as this card is face up on the field; reduce the ATK and DEF of all monsters to 0 except this card. Once per turn, you can banish up to 3 monsters in you hand/deck/or graveyard: increase this card's ATK by the combined ATK of the banished monsters until the End Phase of your turn. This card is unaffected by card effects.

Card grammar fix:

Cannot be Special Summoned. Must be Normal summoned by its own effect. Tribute Requires 3 monsters on your field; Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). this card (from your Hand). When the summon of this card is Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated chained. As long as this card is face up on the field; reduce The current ATK and DEF of all other monsters to becomes 0 except this card. Once per turn: You can banish up to 3 monsters in you hand, Deck, or Graveyard; increase this card gains ATK equal to by the combined ATK of the banished monsters until the end Phase of your the turn. This card is unaffected by other card effects.

What can I say - like many other DIVINE monsters that grace this section, there's almost no way to beat this card. Being unaffected by other card effects makes it such that the only way to beat it is through battle, but it also cuts all other monsters' ATK/DEF to 0 such that there's no way to overpower it. Yes, your other monsters get depowered, but when everyone else is a 0/0, that makes no difference.

There's the one loophole in Tributing it for stuff like Lava Golem, but you don't see them on a day-to-day basis.

And allow me to get a little off-topic by correcting your signature grammar:
