Diamond Core: Rock-type mini-archtype

Hello!  This simple but unique mini-archtype was inspired by the Rainbow Dragon concept... only this is more suitable for meta-game as it can get the main monster much easier with more reward.

ALSO:  Please note I love feedback.  If you have a suggestion, I would love to hear it.  :3

Basic Concept:
Using the "Diamond Core" monsters (or good ol' Foolish Burial) to get all 4 into the graveyard to Special Summon "Diamond Core - Dragon of Attributes".  This does mean, yes, that the deck revolves around getting the main card out as the "Diamond Core" themselves do not pack much alone.  However, with the chain 1 card can start (with the right cards of course), it is relatively easy to get the Dragon of Attributes onto the field.

Advantages:

Splashing this in any deck can thin out the deck, as well as get a little Syncro or tribute fodder (not XYZ as their effect does not allow for it).  Using in a Rock-type deck can give you a 4k powerhouse to quickly special summon to your field, giving you damage control with the field card as well as a monster that can get what you need when you need it.

Disadvantages:

Although has the Meta-game in mind, it can still be a tad slow, and relatively easy to stop the chain.  The cards are limited to only aiding themselves more than anything, aside from the dragon and field card.

The Cards:

Effect:  Any battle damage inflicted to the original owner of this card is doubled while this card is face-up on the field.  If this card is in face-up Defense Position, destroy this card.  When you take battle damage from a battle involving this card, you can Special Summon 1 "Diamond Core" monster from your deck, except "Diamond Core - Fire", then end the battle phase.

Effect:  This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set.  This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by removing from play 4 "Diamond Core" monsters of different attributes from your Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned any other way.  Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower Rock-type monster from your hand or Graveyard; their effects are negated.  All Level 3 Rock-type monsters on your side of the field gain 1000 ATK and DEF.  This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects.  During your Standby Phase, if there are no Rock-type monsters on your side of the field, remove this card from play.

Effect:  Any battle damage involving a Rock-type monster is halved.  When this card leaves the field, destroy all Rock-type monsters on your side of the field.  Once per turn, when a "Diamond Core" monster effect activates, you can add 1 "Diamond Core" monster card from your deck to your hand.

Hm, I could probably add more support.  I haven't got an idea what else to support it though in all honesty.
As for why Fire can XYZ, is because it is the only one that summons another monster AFTER the battlephase, so it cannot be used to OTK for any reason.  The rest have too much support cards to get them out without fail (especially the light and water one), so being able to XYZ with them might be grounds for an easy limiting.  Lastly, the punching bag thing... you are right.  It's not 1k to help the core themselves, but more for 1k for all other earth types (it is designed to work WITH an actual archtype, not so much just by itself after all).  But, perhaps I can increase all the core monsters to 1000 ATK, so that they boost up to 2000 with the dragon out?

Thanks a lot for the feedback though!  I'll have to think up something for a smaller dragon haha.
