Been awhile since I've posted on the forums. Anyway, here is card I did as part of a game my friends and I were playing the other day.

Arcana Force XIII - Death

Light / Fairy / ******(6) / Effect

During either players' turn when your opponent Special Summons a monster from their Graveyard or Extra Deck: You can discard this card and destroy it.
You can only use this effect of "Arcana Force XIII - Death" once per turn. When this card is Summoned: Toss a coin and apply this effect. This effect lasts as long as this card is face-up on the field.
  • Heads: When your opponent Special Summons a monster from their Graveyard or Extra Deck: Destroy it.
  • Tails: When your opponent Special Summons a monster from their Graveyard or Extra Deck: Destroy one monster you control.
ATK: 2300 / DEF: 2300

I tried to keep it close to the archetype formula, but made it have another effect like XIV.

Thoughts, comments, and criticism are always welcome :)

OCG fixes:

LIGHT is capitalised.

During either player's turn, when ... (you missed out the comma)

You can discard this card; destroy it. (using 'and' makes the discarding a part of the effect - usually you'd want the discard to be a cost)

'Toss a coin and apply this effect' should be 'Toss a coin and apply the appropriate effect'

'This effect lasts as long as this card is face-up on the field' should be replaced with 'When your opponent Special Summons a monster from their Graveyard or Extra Deck while this card is face-up on the field:'

Note that the way you've written 'Destroy it' rather than 'You can destroy it' makes the effect mandatory - was this intentional?

Anyway, my thoughts on the card are that whilst it fits well within the archetype, and would be decent against Nekroz and HEROes, it is severely hindered by the Tails effect being so bad for the controller. If you want this card to be competitive, you should probably try to make both the Heads and Tails effects positive for the user, just in different ways. Also, you could probably afford to increase the ATK a little up to 2500 or 2600.

Thanks for the OCG fixes. It's been awhile since I've made cards on here so I'm a little rusty.

Also, I didn't really make this card for the competitive scene, but just another addition to the archetype. Regarding the stats, all Arcana Force Monsters (excluding a few) are equal to their Roman Numeral X100 +1000, so that's why the stats are like so.

As for the Heads destruction effect, I felt it would make sense for it to be mandatory since the name of the card is "Death" but I might change it. Regarding the tails, it follows the entire archetype flow of Result A being great for you and Result B being great for your opponent. And if it resulted on tails (in this case) when the opportunity came up, it would be common sense to destroy this card anyway, since it can destroy itself with this effect, so it really doesn't hinder the player too much besides going -1.

Regarding this change, the OCG from what I had is still technically correct as Arcana Force III - The Empress has the same OCG I originally have in place :).

EDIT: Fixed card OCG and alter effect changes.
