Lore: If your opponent deals 1000 damage or more to your Life Points; you can Special Summon this monster to your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card. Once per turn, you can banish one fire monster from your hand and deal damage to your opponent equal to half the banished monster's DEF points. This card must be Face-up to resolve this effect. You can only have one Magma Catapult on the field. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Special Summoned by the effect of any other cards.

With magma catapult, is it when you take exactly 1000 damage or 1000 damage or more? If its the former, that does look like a very situational card.

Magma snake does look a bit overpowered to me, basically a free draw splashable into any deck. maybe add in an extra condition for it to activate it's effect, like revealing a pyro type in the hand or having at (at least) a certain amount of pyro type monsters in the grave.

Good lord... Flame Tactics is too powerful. An easy draw engine that only has a soft OPT clause? If you have multiple of them on the field, could you reveal the same monster to draw multiple cards?

Also, you never specified where you banish monsters from for Phoenix Revival
