Sooo, probably soon I'll just do random characters 1-10 (for each game nominated from so far) to decide game, then check the wiki for a list of characters and whatever number, do a random number from 1-???. So there's still a large amount that voted last wave that didn't this, so I figure this bump is okay. Also a question. Should I randomize every Round or just leave them as brackets? Most other matches have at least 9 votes, and aren't tied. (Closest is I believe Tibarn vs Ike at 4-5) About 10 hours, probably a little less, left.
