Lore:

Target 1 face-up Spell/Trap Card; Negate it's effects, then treat it as a Normal Monster (Zombie-type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 0/DEF 0) in face-up attack position on your Opponent's side of the Field.

First of all, the OCG is a little off
Target 1 face-up Spell or Trap card your opponent controls; Negate its effect, and Special Summon it as a Normal Monster on your opponent's side of the field (Zombie-Type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 0/DEF 0)
You might want to add something about no battle damage or something, or else that is an op way for easy damage.
Other than that, nice job!

I am a man that loves playing all sorts of anomalies in yugioh like Trap Monsters. This card can work out rather well...if Qliphorts were still a thing anymore. As it stands in the meta game, with Glad Beast Sack, Nekroz, Fire Fist Axis, Bujin, Six Sams, Shaddolls, BA, and so on that we can see, the existence of this card makes it situational, but a situational I like. In the meta, it can work as an extra Side Deck Option against Qliphorts, Madolche, and Ghostricks that mainly rely on their face up spells and traps to function properly. Otherwise, It can work for Return of Red-Eyes or Oracle of the Zefra or Void Dream to name a few good targets, but most other decks will just make this a side deck option at best.
