[Type Singles] Fairy support

Love of Ghibli

Because I don't seem to learn my lesson and after an extensive skype discussion with members of the community I am once again trying to bring useful LIGHT Fairy support to the decks I love to play so much.

[spoiler:Lore] When this monster destroys another monster by battle you can add 1 LIGHT Fairy-type monster from your graveyard or banished zone to your hand whose level is equal to or lower than the destroyed monster. If "Sanctuary in the Sky" is on the field you may special summon that monster instead.
[spoiler: Lore] If your opponent controls more monsters than you do you can special summon this card from your hand. If this card was sent to the graveyard by the effect of a Fairy-type monster; target one LIGHT Fairy-type monster in your graveyard other than "Keeper of Dawn" and add that target to you hand.
[spoiler: Lore] You can send this card from the field to the graveyard or banished zone to add 1 Level 7 LIGHT Fairy-type monster from your deck to your hand. Once per turn when a Fairy-type monster deals damage to the opponent you may special summon 1 Level 7 or lower Fairy-type monster from your deck whose DEF is equal to or less than the damage dealt in Defense position. Monsters summoned by this effect have their effects negated.
[spoiler: Lore] Banish 2 Fairy-type monsters in your hand to draw 3 cards. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you active "Total Praise."
[spoiler: Lore] 2 Level 7 "Fairy-Type" Monsters

During each of your Standby-phases detach 1 Xyz material from this card (this is not optional). As long as this card is face-up on the field LIGHT Fairy-type monsters you control cannot be destroyed by card effects and cannot be targeted by your opponents card effects. If this monster does not have Xyz Material its effects are negated.
[spoiler: Lore]
This cards name is always treated as"Sanctuary in the Sky." You may activate each of the following effects once per turn:
*You may Special Summon one Fairy-type monster from your hand whose level is equal to the level of a fairy monster on your side of the field regardless of summoning conditions.
*Reveal 1 Level 7 or lower Fairy-type monster from your hand. Send the revealed monster to the deck and to special summon 1 Fairy-type monster from your deck whose Level is the same as the sent monster but has a different name.
Personally I'm not a huge fan of toolboxing from Grave AND Banished zone, but it's nbd.

Forever Mountain is broken. It has the same problem as Tenki, in that it is a ROTA (Which is already extremely strong, see Charge of the Light Brigade) that also plusses. Please make it 2 cards. 1 Normal Spell, and 1 Continuous Spell.

Tenki and ROTA both suffer from the fact that they have amazing targets. Therefore, searching for them could easily be excessive. The following cards are this cards ONLY targets: Angel 07; Arcane Force XVIII-The Moon; Athena; Guardian Angel Joan; Neo-Parshath, the Sky Paladin; Shopina, White Night Queen, Wingweaver, and my custom Keeper of Dawn

None of those fairies bar the one I created can actually drop themselves or summon themselves without help from something else. As for its second effect, its purely conditional on battle and damage has to be done which means that it has a chance to successfully summon something of value.

So I would at least ask that everything about the card be looked (in this case the targets) before its gets branded as broken.

Except these are not the only targets, and when you make a generic card on DP you also look at the current DP exclusive options it can search as well.
Still not saying is broken but before you address the targets DP has to at least be on.

I don't really like the design of the card because of what the potential is. I didn't take a look at the available targets largely because I expected you were going to be making more. I also want to say that Angel O7 is terrifying.
I liked Cirrus's idea that you can kill it to search.
I also like the idea of leaving it as a continous spell with a slightly stronger effect.
