During your Standby Phase: You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Link LV6" from your hand, Deck, or graveyard. You cannot activate this effect the turn this card is Summoned or flipped face-up.

If this card is summoned: you can add 1 "Link's Armament" card from your deck to your hand. During the End Phase, if this card destroyed a monster by battle this turn: You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Link LV8" from your hand, Deck, or graveyard.

If this card was special summoned by "Link LV6", negate the effect of any opponent's spell/trap card that targets this card and if you do, destroy that card. Once per turn: you can add 1 "Link's Armament" card from your deck or graveyard to your hand.

If you control a "Link LV" monster: Target 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field; destroy that target, and if you do, inflict 800 damage to its controller.

Equip only to a level 5 or higher "Link LV" monster. The equipped monster can attack your opponent directly but when it uses this effect, any Battle Damage it inflicts to your opponent is halved. If the equipped monster attacks, your opponent cannot activate any cards or effects until the end of the damage step. If the equipped monster leaves the field and this card is sent to the graveyard as result: draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Link's Armament - Fairy Bow" once per turn.

Special Summon 1 "Link LV" monster from your deck with the same name as a monster in your graveyard.

If you control a level 5 or higher "Link LV" monster: target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; its ATK and DEF become 0, also it cannot attack and its effects are negated. You cannot activate this card during the damage step.

Rulings notes:

If you activate ice arrow during the battle step or when an attack is declared and target the attacking monster, the attack stops. This is because the monster "cannot attack" rather then merely "cannot declare an attack".

I chose to add "this card cannot be activated during the damage step" because otherwise the "it cannot attack" clause would be ignored if you activated it then (assuming you could).

If you control a level 7 or higher "Link LV" monster: target 1 face-up card; banish that target and if you do, draw 1 card.

Equip only to a level 5 or higher "Link LV" monster. If the equipped monster battles a monster: it gains ATK equal to the DEF of the monster's its battling during damage calculation only. If the equipped monster leaves the field and this card is sent to the graveyard as result: draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Link's Armament - Megaton Hammer" once per turn.

Target 1 face-up "Link LV" monster you control; this turn it cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects.

Some design notes:

The reason why the support cards specify levels and not "Link LV6" or "Link LV8" by name is so that you can use level changing effects in a pinch to let you activate things. However, if link's level drops below 5 while equipped with the fairy bow or megaton hammer, those cards are destroyed since they don't have a valid equip target anymore. This is consistent with the ruling on "Zombie World vs "Divine Sword Phoenix Blade" as I understand it.

If people think this set isn't advanced enough and belongs in casual, feel free to move it. I thought I'd try it here though and see how it does.
