So after seeing knighty310's unfinshed Danganronpa set and being like "Maaan that isnt even cerial." I did the logical step of actualy refining it into my own image.

So Tah-to-the-Dah

A Full 33 Card Structure Deck of Dangan Ronpa folk complete will descriptions and Meta Stratagies.
LiLijqU.jpg
When a card effect (Or Total Chain) Targets a Monster with "Ultimate" in its name, you may discard one card to negate the effect and send it back to the hand. If the card type discarded matches the effect(s) targeted, banish them instead of sending the respective cards to the hand.

Base Maktao is meant to be a glass wall (If that makes any sense), strategicly banishing powerfull cards, while setting up the graveyard with the nessciary monsters for bigger plays.
BxDxUkw.jpg
If you control another "Ultimate" monster on your side of the field, this card cannot be targeted for attack. When this card deals battle damage to your opponent, your opponent must banish the the top card of their deck face down.

I like to consider Byakuya as "Ghostrick Skeleton With Flesh" As he is a much more bulkier fighter, but at the cost of reduced miling with the trade off being more intense attacks.
VYW82Ye.jpg
When a monster you control is destroyed in battle by a non "Ultimate" Monster, you may reduce battle damage to "0", and  switch that monster to defense mode. Reduce the attacking monsters defense to 0. If that card remains on the field till your next end phase, increase its defense points to double the original total

Being the only trap in the deck, its meant to be a suprise reversal as upposed to the traditonal trap. Its function is like a wattered down "Punch-In-The-Box" in that it imobilises an enemy for an ammount of time. The Trade off however is that if you have nothing to deal with it, your plan will more often than not backfire; so its more meant to be planned beforehand.
Yu4UTyA.jpg
When your opponent would special summon a monster, or activate a card with "Ignoring" or "Regardless" In the activation conditions, you may Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. Your opponent must attack this card if it is not the only monster you control. If a "Ultimate Biker Gang Leader- Mondo" You controll is destroyed while you controll this face up card, you may fusion summon a "Ultimate Moral Vengeance- Kiyondo" from your extra deck in face up attack or defense mode.

Taka is esentaily my gimic card of the set. Being a rule follower, it should come as no suprise that his effect is meant to netralise any would be workabouts like Sphere Mode Ra Or Specific Ressurective cards like Reborn. Since I knew that alone would not justify a monster, I also gave him a vengnce card as well as a redirecter as to give him more agressive purposes.
fqFMCuY.jpg
If you control a face up "Ultimate Affluent Progeny- Byakuya", you may special summon this card from your hand. As long as this face up card is on the field, players can only summon Normal, Effect, Fusion, Ritual, and Synchro Monsters.

In a normal deck, Toko would function as synchro fodder, however this deck has no such monsters. Her intended purpos is to prevent XYZ and Archtype usage, to make up for her frailty. The other purpose is more for a Dangan Centered deck; and that is to get out her pyschopathic counterpart...
khSkKTI.jpg
This card can not be normal summoned or set. This card can only be fusion summoned by send one "Ultimate Writing Prodigy- Toko" and two Set cards you control to the bottom of the deck. If you control another card with "Ultimate" in its name, any battle damage involed with this card becomes "0".

From the Larva Comes the Pupa, and here is the fruits of labor from dealing with Toko's frailty. While an absoulte slaughterhouse from a stat perspective, her dampering detail is that she can only deal battle damage as a solo unit. This is to make her a bit more ballnced, as her summoning conditons can be arbitrareily altered in your favor very easily.
uECJ3X9.jpg
This monster can not destroy any monsters 4 or lower, unless it is the only monster with "Ultimate" On the field. When this card destroys a monster, you may excavate the top 3 cards of your deck, then banish one card, send one to the graveyard, and add one to your hand.

A Bit of a toned down Jill, Mondo is meant to tank out stronger monsters, while vulnerable to pot shots with weaker technical monsters like Relninquished, Raging Flame Sprite, and The Calculator.
7tE4gV0.jpg
When this card declares an attack, you may pay 1000 life points to flip a coin. If heads, increase this monsters attack and defense points by 1000. If tails, this monster looses 1000 attack and defense points, and if done while this monster has 0 attack and defense, banish this card.

As Her effect would imply, Celsetia is a heavy luck based charcter. You have to stratigise if and when her effect is nesciary for the battle, and once you go in failing, you fail hard.
3gUAERP.jpg
If this card is on the field while you have a face up "Alter Ego", this card can not change battle position. When this card would be destroyed, you may discard one card to shuffle it into the deck instead.

Im torn how Hifumi would be played. On the one hand, he is a very good tank early game, but on the other hand most players would probably use him for amuniton in getting cards in the graveyard for more powerfull monsters. Oh well guess thats the beuty of it *Shrug*.
fcSNBzd.jpg
If you control another monster with "Ultimate" in its name, this card can attack twice per turn. If this monster did not participate in a battle during the battle phase (Regardless if an attack was negated), destroy one spell or trap card on the field, and if you do, your oppnent discards one random card from your hand.

Aoi Is a mixed bag of tricks. Her hyper nature REQUIRES agressive early game play, otherwise you risk loosing your back row and hand to the depths.
N0iuADY.jpg
This card cannot be Normal Summoned, Special Summoned, Or Set. This Card Can only be Fusion Summoned by the effect of "Ultimate Moral Compass- Taka". When this card battles an opponents defense mode or set monster that doesnt have "Ultimate" in its orignal name, inflict battle damage based on the difference between defense points and this monsters attack points.

This is the culmunation of Toko's and Mondo's Strenghs Combined into one of the Boss Monsters of the deck. With A Sizeable amount of stats, piercing to boot, about the only downside (there always has to be one), is the ludicrously difficult summoning conditons.
ds1gwk0.jpg
This card can not be destroyed by battle. Each time this card is involved in a battle, at the end of the Main Phase 2, Increase this monsters attack and defense points by 500. When a Spell or Trap is activated, you may decrease this monsters attack and defense points to "500" to negate the activation and destroy it, then your opponent draws 1 card from the bottom of their deck.

Chihiro is the embodiment of a glass cannon. His stats start out low, but if used in the correct conditons, can potentaily be the most powerfull card in the einterty of the deck. The problem is, if you have no short term plan, he can easly die in a single Rageki or Dimensonal prison.
Gz1ktDm.jpg

When making Base Alter Ego, I asked myself "Hmm, how can I make a Gigas without actualy Making Gigas?", and the answer I came up with was a spell and monster combo that keeps coming back stronger with each assult, requiring a two pronged attack to deal with. That isnt to say however, that you will be missing out on valuble draw power and life points...
rtwXvll.jpg
This monster can not be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be special summoned if "Alter Ego; Digital Doppelganger" and "Ultimate Programmer- Chihiro " Are destroyed in a Single Chain. The Attack and Defense of this monster are equal to the number of "Ultimate" Monsters in your graveyard x500. This card is unaffected by Spell or Trap Cards activated during the battle phase.

The Unlucky 13 is actualy one of the strongest Monsters in the entiere deck. If you can break it out mid or late duel, its basicly the equivalnt of getting out an egypitan god. However, if used in conjuction with other monsters, it can also be the weakest of the bunch; and after all that it would be quite a shame- whoops ;^^.
bCWztIH.jpg
When this monster is Normal or Flip summoned, you and your opponent banish one card face down. When this card leaves the field, you and your opponent declare a card type (Spell, Monster, or trap), and if you correctly guess the card set, shuffle it back into the deck. If guessed incorrectly, the person guessing, may add their respective card to the hand.

Yasuhiro Makes up for Alter Egos Lack of draw power, by functioning as a post-mortem searching method. The catch is, there is his oh-so-infamous 1 in 3 chance sucess rate, so in that regard he functions alot like a reverse Neo Spacian Glow Moss, in that you have to know your opponents deck inside and out to outsmart him with a wrong guess for sucess.
gn1av7U.jpg
This card can not be special summoned from the graveyard. When this card is normal summoned, you may shuffle your deck and draw a card. If the card drawn is able to destroy an applicable monster on the field, you may equip it to this monster, and if this monster is able to declare an attack, destroy the monster at the start of the battle phase (Before any other effects or battle damage resolves), then send the equiped card to the graveyard.

Leon Functions as a quick striker, and a borderline hand trap card. However, his usage is very easy to loose, and if you happen to deck him out by mistake, well you've lost your chance at a very good executioner...
IgqReWD.jpg
This card can not be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by the effects of the ritual spell card
"Ultimate Memory- Climax Of Despair". The attack of this monster is equal to 100 Higher than the highest attack on the field at all times. Once per turn, you may tribute one monster on your side of the field, to match this cards defense to the tributed monster.

Murkuro to me struck me as the Not-So-Wicked Avatar. I had to however give some unique traits to the soilder, and thus with her abilite to self relinquish a fellow monster, she is able to become one of the most verstile cards in the entire deck.
xYLb5yb.jpg
This card is used to ritual summon "Ultimate Soldier- Murkuro". You must also tribute summon monsters on either players side of the field equal to "10" or higher.

Uuuh its a ritual spell card? I mean there isnt much strategy to this except " I hope you or your opponent has enough monsters :3"
RZqIjXK.jpg
This monster can not be Special Summoned. When this card is destroyed, you may add one "Ultimate Memory- Climax Of Despair" to your hand. When this card is banished, you may special summon one "Ultimate Despair- Junko" From Your Hand or Deck, ignoring Summoning conditions.

Base Junko's Effect Basicly Functions as a Pre-Equiped Petit Moth. Instead of turns, you have to wait opourtintes to act on "Should I use this effect now?" Or "Does my opponent have a card to counter this?"
X7F9ra7.jpg
This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be special Summoned by the effects of "Ultimate Fashionista- Junko" & "Headmaster Of Despair- Monokuma." This card can not be destroyed by monsters whose Rank or Level are above this card's.

Boss Junko is esinalty a reverse Aquilphort Towers. While her stats are strong, she can fall to the same flaws as Owada. The Upside to this is she is extremly easy to summon if you can shoot the moon enough times.
wPp8lCN.jpg
When this card is normal summoned, while you control another "Ultimate" monster, you may increase this monsters defense points by 100 For each "Ultimate" monster you control. If this card is destroyed by the effects of a card you control, you may add one. "Oath To Order- Key Of Requiem" To your hand.

This card requires a lot of support; a card like Double Summon is a must, because then you can unleash her true power. However, Two Pronged Attack is also a good card to couple with her, because her ability allows you to search out the most vital card in the entire deck!
yfPNm1D.jpg
When this card is activated, you may tribute one "Ultimate Luckster- Makato" to special summon one "Ultimate Hope- Makato" or tribute one "Ultimate Detective- Kyoko" to summon one "Ultimate Enigma- Kyoko"

I wanted a bit of Mask Change Esque action to go along with this deck, so I crafted this little gem in order to bring out two titanic boss monsters that both complement eachother. I think if this was actualy implmented, it would probably be limited as to be succeptible to Dark Bribes and the like.
AFnxiK7.jpg
This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. This Card can only be special summoned by the effects of "Oath To Order- Key Of Requiem". As long as you controll this card, effects that target a specific name of a card can not be activated. The defense of this card is equal to the combined total of all monsters on the field with "Ultimate" in their orignal names. If this card would be destroyed, you may tribute one monster instead.

Boss Kyoko functions like a Hybrid Of Taka and Sakura. She relies alot on field control, but can function as a single unit. Its recommended to play her late game, once youve run out of other options; sort of as a last resort card.
mYrerp9.jpg
This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. This Card can only be special summoned by the effects of "Oath To Order- Key Of Requiem". When this card is Special Summoned, you may shuffle all "Ultimate" Monsters in your graveyard back into your deck. For each monster shuffled back, this monster gains 1000 Attack points. When a spell or trap card is activated, you may send the top card of your deck to the graveyard, and if it is not an "Ultimante" monster, negate the activation and destroy it.

Boss Makato complements boss Kirigi in a Sort of suddle "Embodiment of Crime" and "Embodiment of Punishment" Kind of way , as they both cover what each other can not back up. While Kyoko functions on the paralis of Field Controll, Makato relies on vengence and cleaning up the slate.
eAZGWLR.jpg
This monster is also treated as "LIGHT". As long as you control this card, your opponent can not attack you directly. Each turn your opponent does not attack, you may add one "Monoxecution" to your hand. When this card is destroyed or banished by card effect, you may special summon one "Ultimate Despair- Junko" From your Hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

Monokuma Functions as a Ringmaster of Search. While fragile, the groundwork for potential Middle Finger moments are in his nature, and it becomes a race against time, over back row.
gtFvH7a.jpg
You may only activate this card if you control a face up "Headmaster of Despair- Monokuma" or an "Ultimate" monster. If a monster you control would be destroyed by battle, would be destroyed by battle or by card effect: Negate that attack, and if you do, destroy it.

This card basicly functions as a watered down d-prison. Not a powefull card in its own right, but it was from the origninal set, so I figured it throw it in there as a shout out :3
VPLHflW.jpg
You may only activate this card if you control a face up "Headmaster of Despair- Monokuma" or an "Ultimate" monster. When your opponent declares an attack, inflict 1000 damage for each unoccupied monster zone on his side of the field. If the damage exceeds the attack of the attacking monster, destroy it.

If you know what your doing with this card, this card can be DOWN RIGHT DIRTY! Picture a boss monster ready to strike; your oppoents on his last wits when BAM! 4k slugger. It also works well in early game or with fuller fields, as it can neutrilze early game hits like Dark Law, Blue Eyes, Or Tiaramsu.
8J5luMc.jpg
You may only activate this card if you control a face up
"Headmaster of Despair- Monokuma" or an "Ultimate" monster. If your opponent special summons a monster during the battle phase, you may discard one card from your hand to banish the special summoned monster.

This card basicly functions as a bottomless trap hole, only it can be used against royal decrees or Jinzophiles. True you have to ditch a card, but if its a card much better in the grave, like Taka or a Random Shadoll that snuck in, its hardly anything worth fretting about.
TziqjQA.jpg
You may only activate this card if you control a face up "Headmaster of Despair- Monokuma" or an "Ultimate" monster. When exactly one monster effect activates, you may negate the activation and banish the monster.

This card basicly blocks out any effect monsters that may meddle with setting up your field. You have to be carefull, as any other effects or chains will be able to stop this from activation, so play it quick, and play it early.
dSBZGWO.jpg
You may only activate this card if you control a face up "Headmaster of Despair- Monokuma" or an "Ultimate" monster. If you activate this card while you control a face up "Alter Ego- Digital Doppleganger", you can banish it in order to destroy two cards your opponent controls. If activated otherwise, target one face up monster whos attack is higher than the combined total of monsters you control, and destroy it.

I consider Exavation to be a Gemeni Spell Card. On The one hand you  Have Alter Egos Boost basicly working as a more agressive Tiaramisu. While if you are a bit less perpared, you can still take out a monster without having to deal with pesky graveyard effects.
uuXzAH9.jpg
You may only activate this card if you control a face up "Headmaster of Despair- Monokuma" or an "Ultimate" monster. This card can not be activated if you control a face up "Alter Ego- Execution Ender". Flip a coin. If heads, send all monsters your opponent controls to the graveyard. If Tails, Send all monsters your opponent controls to their hand or extra deck.

Esetialy the Mirror force of the deck, this is a field nuker of EPIC porportions. Either side of the coin, its still benifital to you, but with the added bonus of graveyard effect avoditon either way, you just better make damn sure that mega-mech isnt in the way to muggle things up.
MP8Wp5L.jpg
When this card is destroyed, destroy one face up monster with less than or equal attack of this card. If you control another "Ultimate" Monster, this card can not be targeted for attack. When this card is destroyed, you may special summon one "Ultimate" Monster from your deck, and if you do, banish this card instead of sending it to the graveyard.

The First in the "Starter Deck Promo Set", this card is basicly a Merlin in disquise. You have to use this in a very peek-a-boo fasion, as to not let on any unlury attackers.
AAk5C1g.jpg
If you don't control a "Headmaster Of Despair- Monokuma", all "Ultimate" monsters gain 500 Attack. If a monster attacks an "Ultimate" monster or a "Headmaster of Despair- Monokuma", destroy the attacking monster (Battle damage is applied normally). You may only activate one "Hopes Peak Academy- School Of Despair" Per Duel.

The second in the "Starter Deck Promo Set", this card functions like an Orichalchos Like Booster, in order to fuel up the more defense heavy cards in the deck, while still causing a bit of shenanagins in the general spectrum of things.

Reinforcment of the Army and Double Summon are MUSTS in this deck, as its required to get out the big guns, and search out the small special summoners. The Warrior returning allive is also good in situational constructs, but Monster Reincarnation is a much more favorable approach, espcialy with some cards more functional in the hand like Leon. Advance ritual art is also usefulll in getting out Mukuro easier but its not a requirment. The staples Such as Rageki and Pot of Duality also work hand and hand, But upstart goblin actualy works a little bit against you, as it requires you to draw an extra card that may be better off in your grave or deck.
So what do you think?

Post your thoughts and revisons bellow, and I might just consider them ;p

I've put your cards in a spoiler, as there are more than 10 of them; and going over that limit generally results in page lag.

Just as a helpful hint, a lot of members aren't going to sift through all of the cards here due to its size.

For reference, 10-15 Archetypal cards is generally enough; go over that limit and you risk the chance of having the cards do too much OR end up being duplicates of others.
