Winged Kight (the start of me attempting to make Lv monsters)

I decided that since I love Lv monsters so much, and have so many ideas in my brain, I should make some. This is the first set, intended to basicly be the trap card version of Horus, Black Flame Dragon.

Level 3

Lore: This face up card on the field is also treated as Fairy-Type
During the end step of the turn this card destroys another monster in battle, you may tribute it to special summon 1 "Winged Knight Lv6" from your hand or deck.

Level 6

Lore: This face up card on the field is also treated as Fairy-Type
This card is unaffected by trap effects.
When this card destroys an opponent's monster in battle and sends it to the graveyard place 1 Purity Counter on this card, during the end phase, if this card has 3 Purity counters, you may tribute this card to summon 1 "Winged Knight Lv9" from your hand or deck.

Level 9

Lore: This face up card on the field is also treated as Fairy-Type
Can not be normal summoned or set, must be special summoned by the effect of "Winged Knight Lv6" and can not be special summoned other ways.
During either players turn, when a trap card is activated you may negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.

Just saying, line breaks aren't used in card effects unless you begin listing with bullet points. And even sometimes you don't use line breaks with them. It's odd.
This face up card on the field is also treated as Fairy-Type. During the End step of the turn Phase, if this card destroyed another monster by battle this turn: You may can Tribute it; to Special Summon 1 "Winged Knight LV6" from your hand or Deck.
When this card destroys an opponent's monster in by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: Place 1 Purity Counter on this card. During the End Phase, if this card has 3 Purity counters: You may can Tribute this card; Special to Summon 1 "Winged Knight LV9" from your hand or Deck.

This face up card on the field is also treated as Fairy-Type. Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by the effect of "Winged Knight LV6" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. During either players turn, when a trap card is activated: You may can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.
The whole line is just a Trap version of Horus the Black Flame Dragon. And in the Trap negation department, this means it competes with Royal Decree which doesn't need to destroy a total of 4 monsters in battle or use any Level Up to accomplish. In fact, the Horus line already levels up much faster than this line, needing to destroy a total of 2 monsters in battle to go from LV4 to LV8.

Winged Knight doesn't negate your own trap cards, however. This line is also supported by my Power Leveling card, allowing it to skip to level 9. In addition to having better stats than  Horus.

I was more referring to the attack power, and, again, unlike Royal Decree, this doesn't negate your own traps.

Winged Knight LV6 and LV8 completely match Horus LV6 and LV8 in terms of ATK. Horus LV4 has 100 more ATK than Winged Knight LV3.

But I can't dispute the "doesn't negate your own Traps" part. Know that Winged Knight is incapable of stopping your opponent's Counter Traps, though, due to the way Spell Speeds work.

His main job is to prevent normal and continous traps, I could, however, make his effect a quick effect, thus allowing to counter counter traps.

No, it doesn't work that way. Counter Trap cards are Spell Speed 3 - their own unique Spell Speed - and cannot be responded to with the exception of other Counter Traps. Quick Effects are Spell Speed 2, the same speed as non-Counter Traps. Besides, Winged Knight LV9's effect is already a Quick Effect.

I could also specify on the effect that it works on counter traps.
