goodfusion Posted June 23, 2015 Report Share Posted June 23, 2015 When a "roid" monster is added from your Graveyard to your hand, you can Special Summon that monster. This card is pretty good. I like doing this + Fusion Recovery, after summoning Stealth Union or Pair Cycroid and resurrecting an Expressroid to set up another Fusion Summon or an Xyz Summon. Anyway, discuss this card and it's usefulness. Also, a ruling question: If I add a Fusion Monster to my Extra Deck with, say, Expressroid while I control this card, can I summon the Fusion Monster? I hope when they release Highspeed Raiders in the TCG they include Ambulanceroid and maybe some of the other original roids, it would be pretty neat to get them in Super Rare. Miror B Posted June 25, 2015 Report Share Posted June 25, 2015 The one thing that held this back was that back during Fusion era, there was no reason to put any of the roids onto the board rather than just keep them in hand for Fusions, during Synchro era there was no Roid tuner, and during Xyz era the "good" Roid Xyz decks were rank 4 based. I still don't understand why that means it was 'dead': Just use Speed Rebirth to normally, then next turn summon Ambulanceroid and use Speed Rebirth from the Graveyard.
