OCG fix

 

The equipped monster loses 200 ATK and is unaffected by other Spell/Trap cards.

 

Since equip spells can only be equipped to 1 monster anyway, the first line is redundant. I also don't think equip spells can be equipped to your opponent's monsters unless stated otherwise.

 

As for usefulness, it's basically an alternative to Forbidden Lance. It has the advantage of taking away less attack and lingering, but Forbidden Lance has the advantage of being a Quickplay and taking up less space. All in all, I'd say Forbidden Lance is better, but this would a good alternative for decks that need it.

Equip Spell Cards can be equipped to any face-up monster on the field. :/

This card is mostly meant to be equipped to your own monster to protect it from spells and traps, but yeah could be used to reduce opponent's monster ATK. :D
