Take control of every opponent's monster this card destroys. When this card destroys an opponents monster by battle and sends it to the graveyard, Special Summon that monster to your side of the field in Attack Position. Monsters Special Summoned by this effect cannot change their battle position. The monsters you take control of are always in face-up attack position and their battle position cannot be changed.

A Level 6 with 1700 attack doesn't seem very viable unless you boost it's attack with other cards. Maybe adding built in protection would make it more useful, but Goyo Guardian is better to use for essentially the same effect.

As noted above, Goyo Guardian outclasses this card (and even the anime-exclusive Goyos do to an extent).

While yes, you can use the monster to attack as opposed to Guardian keeping it in Defense Position, 1700 ATK is rather low for a Level 6.

That, and it is mandatory so you do not have the choice of whether or not you want to revive a monster or not.

Most of the time, you will; but remember that you are leaving the monster you kill/revive vulnerable to attack + damage.

Some degree of protection would work,  but otherwise just keep in mind that this card's job is done better by Goyo in pretty much all situations you would use this.
