U.A. Strike Wing

Level 4 - EARTH - Warrior/Effect - 2400/200

You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by returning 1 "U.A." monster you control to the hand, except "U.A. Strike Wing". You can only Special Summon "U.A. Strike Wing" once per turn this way. When this card is Normal Summoned: you can Special Summon 1 "U.A." monster from your hand, but it cannot attack this turn. When this card declares an attack: you can Special Summon 1 "U.A." monster from your Deck in Attack Position. This card cannot declare an attack unless you control 2 or more face-up Attack Position monsters.

A rep for FULL CnC. All constructive criticism, however, is welcome!

This is indeed another Level 4, which helps the Deck to have another easily accessible monster besides Midfielder.

To be fair, U.A. really need some Level 4 and under members, otherwise the Deck will brick if you either don't draw: (1) Midfielder himself, (2) RoTA or (3 Signing Deal.

Depending if Konami decides to hit RoTA in the next list (whenever they bother to make one), the urgency to get new ways to get easily summonable members to bounce out gets even higher.

----

As it is now, it is rather strong for a Level 4 monster; although yes it does require that you have 2 other 'mons in Attack Position for it to even strike.

Though, given the fact that U.A. generally are offensive (save for Blockbacker and Goalkeeper), the condition shouldn't be too difficult to play.

In fact, it probably won't be too much of a problem.

As for its NS effect, I have to say that Rival Rebounder does the same job, but also can target the Graveyard and doesn't apply an attack lock; however the attack lock is probably irrelevant, since you can just swap it out.

Regarding its "attack/SS effect", it helps them with their offensive power, yes (although depending on circumstances, you may not have the space needed to SS the monster).

As you know by now, this card requires at least 3 of your monster zones to set up everything.

You could have 2 of these out, then get another U.A. out in Attack Position; then attack.

That in mind, I would restrict Strike Wing's SSing effect to hard OPT.

In its own right, it's basically a better Signing Deal that doesn't strip your LP + monster can still pull off its effects.

As a whole, it's more of a mid/late game card; depending on how you have the field set up.

Otherwise, it is a formidable 2400 ATK beater for U.A. to use early on as a wall, or for the most part, swap him out for another 'mon.

I wouldn't say that the attack restriction is a problem, given their nature of usually having stuff out.

While yeah, it hurts that it can't strike unless you have other monsters; you can just switch him out for another member who can; and then get him out when the time is ready.

Although, to be honest, this could be made as a Level 5 or 6 monster, and you could remove the attacking lock on it.

However, that won't alleviate the problems with them not having a new Level 4 and under to work with.

----------

It does help the Deck run more smoothly in terms of their summons, especially giving U.A. another RoTA target.
