Psi-Blocker MK-2

I always liked psychics but they lack power plays and better psychic specific synchro monsters,so i made this guy.A powerful control/stun card for psychics, like a better yazi for them but can actually cripple the opponent severely. Now that i think about this , this card looks more like a Cyber Dragon Infinity, considered an overpowered card by many, but this thing here has more restrictions, worse stats, but harder to get rid of and more crippling but its also not generic via any means so i believe its borderline acceptable. But i always end up making very powerful boss monsters so bear with me even if you think its OP xD.

Inspired by my favorite Psychic card : Psi-Blocker!And the art... i made my best to find fitting artwork and color it and add background so it fits perfectly!

Card Text:

1 Psychic-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Psychic-Type monsters
You can only Special Summon "Psi-Blocker MK-2" once per Duel. When this card is Special Summoned:Banish all other monsters you control. You cannot Summon monsters.Cannot be targeted by card effects. If this face-up card on the field would be destroyed by an opponent's card effect, you can pay 1200 Life Points instead.Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can declare 1 card name; cards with that name, and their effects, cannot be used until the End of this turn.If this card you control leaves the field by an opponent's card effect: You can declare 1 card name; cards with that name, and their effects, cannot be used for the rest of this Duel.

Pretty interesting concept and well balanced. He can still be taken out by non-targeting effects that banish/return to hand/force tributes. Storming Mirror Force, Soul Exchange/The Monarchs Storm Forth and Trishula come to mind in that case. Also, this against Judgment Dragon is pretty useless, as you'll be paying an extra 200 LP every time your opponent attemps to use the effect, as opposed to their 1000. And also, at 2400 ATK, he can be easily gotten over by most boss monsters in the current format. I'm just wondering in what type of situation you would choose him over some other Level 7 Synchro, given that he's not really gonna help you push for game that much.

His effect is quick effect so it can be used to negate pretty much everything except counter traps, so your opponent must go minus if they want to get rid of him since you can just keep his effect for when he uses his non targeting removal.Having non-targeting,non-destruction removal with 2 different names is not very common ,unless that removal is chainable so thats why i think it could be too hard to get rid of but he has no built-in protection by battle (which in previous version he had but i decided to remove it,he needs to have weaknesses).I guess its fine xD.

Actually it does xD because its text is the same like psi-blocker who actually does that lol...prohibition is the one that doesn't affect cards already on the field but psi-blocker does...I actully think the original psi-blocker is a good card in TCG meta decks cuz they can afford to run him and he is an out to all effects in the game. The MK-2 version i made is a chainable version of it with in-built protection thats why i initially thought its OP,what you think now?
