This card cannot be used as a Synchro or Xyz Material.ATK/2000 DEF/0I think I've fixed up the wording. At least, the card SHOULD be targeted removal (it wouldn't have a GOOD reason not to be). Admittedly, the card does make me a bit queasy - while nowhere near as dangerous as Yata Garasu, this is still a source of +1s that returns to the hand to be safe from removal. Its removal ability lets it clear big threats while its 2000 ATK lets it clear smaller to decent-sized threats (or just punch for a quarter of starting LP). Its three downsides are noticeably large, though. I'm not too happy with the design, but I can't be certain that it actually needs to be fixed. Saiba Aisu
Hence with that effect why its called a Evil HERO. You can't just shrug off valid criticism on a card's design by citing its name. Name has nothing to do with card balance. That being said, the card itself isn't the most overpowered thing I've ever seen, but I think maybe just to be safe you could restrict his ability to only destroying face-up cards. I can see him being summoned, popping an enemy's card, then summoning Kagetokage for extra damage. Good job on not making him usable as an XYZ or Synchro Material, though. Wasn't really shrugging off criticism as from Mysty's view no changes could be seen to be made still your idea for face-up cards on balance might be a idea their.
