WaffleCone
Nowadays taking a card (of their choice no less) from your opponent's Deck and putting in their grave just helps them set up, so this card really prevents your opponent from using the cards the other Vampires send go the grave. It also still allows for Vampire Kingdom to be proced as the cards hit the Graveyard and then are banished. "Revelations" (in contrast to Vampire Genesis) is the last book, so this monster's effect helps insure it will be the last Vampire standing. [spoiler=Lore]Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Ritual Summoned. You can Ritual Summon this card with "Tomb of the Last Vampire". If a card(s) is sent from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard: Banish that card(s) face-down. Once per turn: You can declare 1 card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap); your opponent sends 1 card of that type from their Deck to the Graveyard. If you control another " Vampire" monster: This card cannot be removed from the field. You can only control 1 face-up "Vampire Revelations". [spoiler=Lore]This card is used to Ritual Summon "Vampire Revelations". You must also Tribute " Vampire" monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal 8 or more. During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; add 1 "Vampire" monster from your Graveyard to your hand.
