WaffleCone
A Ritual monster (and spell, of course) for Spirits. If your opponent can't get rid of it, they'll get a taste of what it's like to get your monsters bounced every End Phase. [spoiler=Lore]You can Ritual Summon this card with "Rising Storm". Must be Ritual Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If this card would leave the field, except by battle or its own effect, you can return 1 Spirit monster you control to the hand instead. During your opponent's End Phase, if this card was Ritual Summoned during your last turn: Return all monsters on the field, except other Spirit monsters, to the hand. [spoiler=Lore]This card is used to Ritual Summon "Yinglong". You must also Tribute Spirit monsters from your hand or field, and/or banish Spirit monsters from your Graveyard whose total Levels equal 7 or more. You can only use this effect of "Rising Storm" once per turn. During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can discard 1 card, and if you do, add this card from your Graveyard to your hand. gmaster1991
How come your Ritual Spell card specifically requires only Spirit Monsters to be Tributed, even from the hand or field? Is it just to prevent a Djinn boosted Ritual Monster?
Tesability Black
One: You're just a wee late on breaking the ice for the Ritual Spirit concept. Two: While I have read over several times the effect of Yinglong, I see nothing that could cause the dragon to return to the hand, no real variant of the effect that allows Spirits to return to the hand from the field. While the link I give has Rituals based off of lingering Spirits, it does have a way to bounce the Rituals back to the hand after a time, if 'improperly' summoned, meaning summoned outside of being Ritual Summoned. Outside of that, I'd actually bump it up a Star (and bring up the requirements mentioned in the ritual to summon it respectively). Three: Needing Spirit monsters in specific may be a bit of a stretch for this poor thing. Since this is appears as a Chinese dragon, it's gonna need more 'substance' than what its fellow Spirits can provide. ;)
