Gastly, Haunter and Gengar

Gastly halves the ATK/DEF of another monster if it does it on its own. I know this is reminiscent of Curse from the games though, and it certainly works (if you don't mind getting creamed in-game). In Yugioh terms, halving stats works pretty nicely, especially since this is likely going to be SSed.

 

Haunter is very much like Number 11, except it can't do much while you have targeted monster. You can use said target as Xyz, Synchro, Tribute fodder, and proceed to free this card up for things.

 

Gengar is essentially Goyo Guardian (SS revival) and banishes stuff on the opponent's end. Yeah, I'm skeptical about this one, especially since this is an OPT version of Trishula (bar hitting stuff on the field, and with a cost). I'd change the banishing effect to hard OPT, and restrict it from attacking.

 

Mega Gengar screws up Pendulums big time (see Spell Canceller) and can certainly give you an attack target to damage for game, but that's about it. I suppose this embodies Shadow Tag well enough.

 

No comments on the Spells, as they're basically set up for Gengar.

Erm looking at these cards they are pretty good but the problem is the difficulty in getting them out since they must be evolved like in Pokemon TCG from the hand. Mega Gengar can be easily stopped at any point before it completes evolving by destroy or banish cards. Since there is no way (that I know) to easily bring those cards to your hand, you might end up with a bad draw most of the time.
